I had issues with my user account on the portal on a couple of occasions and this was sorted out efficiently and effectively. Charly's a true asset to the organisation. My experience with PBM is still relatively new so here's hoping there's more staff members like Charly.

The development at Centrillion Point is always kept in a good and welcoming condition. Whenever I have needed assistance it has been easy to contact someone at PBM. I had a parking problem this weekend and with the help of Vikesh this has been resolved speedily and professionally, without any fuss for which I am grateful.
