"Ingannano e sfuggono alle loro responsabilità"

Questo tour operator vende 5 stelle che tali non sono, ti abbandona in un hotel da incubo e se vuoi salvare le tue vacanze l'unico modo è pagare 1800€.
Abbiamo fornito video e foto delle condizioni pessime dell'hotel ma la risposta da parte loro è stata che se volevamo un upgrade (come un upgrade? noi avevamo già pagato un 5 stelle) avremmo dovuto pagare ancora.
Si sono passati le responsabilità con l'hotel con l'unico risultato che le nostre vacanze sono state inesorabilmente rovinate.
Il loro resposabile che parlava con noi è stato totalmente inutile, non aveva alcun potere di aiutarci.
Non utilizzeremo mai più un tour operator di così bassa qualità.

La peor agencia posible...EVITAR!!
No nos recogieron para el transfer de vuelta de México. Nos mienten inventando un accidente de tráfico, mientras a otros grupos les recogen curiosamente nosotros los únicos que no contratamos excursiones con ellos. Nos Dan teléfonos falsos para que no podamos contactar con nadie.

"Worst operator I have traveled with"

Worst operator I have traveled with. Terrible service, non-existent transfers on arrival in Palma de Mallorca that do not return to the airport. We almost missed the flight and were taking a taxi to the airport Avoid this operator as much as possible! Worst operator to date.

"Very poor customer service"

Upon our arrival at the Riu Republica resort on 7/19, we had a short morning meeting the next day with the Newblue employee Luis about the various excursions and activities. We were a group of 6 and decided to go ahead with the purchase for the trip to Saona Island on Saturday 7/23 and entrance to Coco Bongo on 7/24. According to employee Luis, the tickets should be purchased as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Unfortunately, on Friday I started feeling unwell and it got worse throughout the day until Saturday evening. On Saturday morning, I let Luis know very early that my boyfriend and I would not be able to go on the Saona trip, and asked if we could reschedule for Monday if there was any availability.

However, unfortunately on Sunday my boyfriend also started to feel the same indisposition that also lasted until Monday at the end of the day. On Sunday morning I told Luis that unfortunately we would not be able to go to Coco Bongo (here was also exposed the situation of two other people who also got sick and could not go to Coco Bongo). I also warned that we would not be able to go to the Saona trip on Monday, thus asking for a refund of the total amount of 333€ since we were sick and could not reschedule the activities.

Since Sunday we were waiting for news about the refund, we saw Luis on Monday morning who told us that there should be no problem in the refund and that he was waiting for indications from the office. On Monday night he confirmed that we would receive an email on Tuesday (day of departure from the resort) until 11:30 with the reimbursement indications that until today nothing was received.

Upon on arrival back, I’ve email the company complaints address on Thursday, again, explaining the situation and it’s Saturday now and still no reply to this situation.

So, I’m summary, do not buy tickets right away until you’re sure you can really make it or you will be left with no refund and no support! There are always people around the resort you can buy tickets from, so make sure you can really make it to the activities when purchasing your tickets!

The customer support of newblue is awful and I do not recommend it!
