"You will be disappointed"

We booked well in advance with these charlatans to visit Glasgow. We paid and thought everything was fine until they cancelled our booking shortly before the arrival date. There was nothing else available anywhere close except at astronomic inflated prices. To add insult to injury these con artists were selling our hotel room at an inflated price. Why are companies like this allowed to be in business? My advice is do not book anything with this company, you will be greatly disappointed.

Unsere bestätigte und bezahlte Hotelbuchung in Hongkong wurde seitens HotelsClick während unseres Anreiseflugs storniert. Die Stornierung wurde ohne unseres Wissens oder Gründe vorgenommen. Somit mussten wir nach 12 stündiger Anreise ein verfügbares Hotel für 4 Personen suchen. Die Rückerstattung ging nur über die Kreditkartenanbieter durch Reklamationsgrund aufgrund nicht erbrachter Leistung!

I received also email from legal representatives saying that an application has been filed for creditors arrangement following bankruptcy.
Do you know the actual status of opened process or how to proceed to get money back from hotelsclick?

Hôtelsclick m'a volé 575 euros. J'ai reçu un mail laissant supposer un futur remboursement en mai. J'ai répondu dans les 15 jours comme demandé .Depuis plus rien !
Je m'aperçois qu' Hôtelsclick propose toujours des voyages et séjours en ligne. Les serveurs sont toujours actifs donc.
C'est scandaleux .

PESIMO SERVICIO Y ADEMAS UNOS LADRONES ... POR CONDUCTO DE TRIVAGO ME DESPLEGO ESTA EMPRESA DE RESERVACION .
EN NOVIEMBRE RESERVO EN UN HOTEL EN MEXICO Y HOTELSCLIK LA CANCELA SIN MAS NI MAS Y SE ROBA MI DINERO.. AUN ES FECHA QUE NO SE REEMBOLSA. NO CONTESTAN LLAMADAS NI CORREOS.
SON UNOS LADRONES ADEMAS NO PUDE VIAJAR DEBIDO A QUE PERDI MI DINERO QUE TENIA PROGRAMADO PARA EL HOTEL.

"Fraude"

Fraude, realicé una reserva en hotel Cervantes y después de cobrarse por PayPal, me piden 100 euros más que dicen exige el hotel, los cuales pagué con tarjeta, y después de cobrarse, cancelan el viaje.
Intento infructuosamente ponerme en contacto con ellos y no responden.
El dinero me lo devolvió PayPal al momento, por lo que recomiendo comprar por esta plataforma pues ellos en la disputa que se interpone a PayPal primero comprueban si hay fraude y después te abonan la cantidad independientemente de la denuncia que ellos interpongan ante hotel click, en la parte correspondiente a la tarjeta (100 euros), tuve que poner una denuncia en mi banco por fraude y han tardado 5 meses en ingresarlo en mi cuenta.
Yo recomiendo central reservas, pues es una página web con buenos precios y no tienes problemas a la hora de cualquier devolución. A parte ellos se cobran dependiendo del hotel un par de semanas antes de irte, por lo que si surge cualquier imprevisto se puede cancelar directamente sin necesidad de devolución.

"Estafadores"

Llevo cuatro meses intentando contactar con ellos, ni mails ni teléfono. Me cobraron la cancelación hecha una hora después de la reserva.
