"What a rip off ..."
what a rip off .... its been 6 days since we paid for our PRC tests and they have not shown up yet. They even admit to not sending them and still no apology and no refund.
It is shameful to rip people off over Covid ... does anyone know how we can have them taken of the Government's approved list?

"Promised refund, refusal to give it."
I had to cancel my tests (3) due to France border closures and cancellation of the trip.
That was done in very good time and within the companies timeframe.
Despite numerous emails telling me "it's on the way" I am still yet to receive my refund that has been promised in writing.
I was told 5-10 days, then 5-10 working days, then 10 working days, then 'it's on the way.'
It's well over 15 working days and still no sign.
A refusal to reply to emails asking why the delay.

"The worst service I have ever seen"
The worst service I have ever seen. We purchased 3 COVID test kits as for Day 2 tests. The test kits arrived on 4th day. This was the first problem, which they accused Royal Mail. However, it is Day 11 and we still haven't get one of the test results (for my son). I contacted them. They said they haven't got the sample. How it is possible - we took all tests at the same time, dropped sample to the same Royal Mail box at the same time, but we only got two test results. Now instead of apologizing and helping to find the missing test sample, they are creating a new frustration and hassle. They request me now to purchase a new kit. Instead of 2 day self-isolation, why should I stay in self-isolation for 11 days and additionally wait for 4-5 days to take new test?

"Great experience for the second time"
I have used this company for the second time for Covid testing due to travelling and again I am very happy with their services. I arrived on January 1st which meant that it took the Royal Mail a staggering five days to deliver my test.. While I'm sure this led to a massive backlog for testing, they still managed to get me my results back in less than the promised 24 hours after delivery. Additionally, my test arrived a couple of days before my arrival to make sure I got it in time as it was over the Christmas period. I can only recommend them and please track your package so you can see if Royal Mail has actually delivered your test..

"Best test provide I've tried so far!"
I have travelled a fair bit during covid and had to do lots of testing upon my return to the UK. Most test providers have been utterly shocking, but Source Bioscience have by far been the best one! The test were here when I arrived back on the 3rd of January. As I arrived late on the 3rd the earliest Royal mail collection was in the evening of the 4th. Already on the morning of the 5th had I received confirmation that my test 2as in the lab, and the result followed just a few hours later. All in all I received the results 21 hours after Royal mail collected my test, highly impressed and glad to have finally found a good test provider 👍

"Quick, cheap and efficient"
Quick and cheap, no problems experienced. Ordered a day 2 test only on Wednesday for a Thursday arrival to the UK. The test was shipped Wednesday, immediately and was with me on Thursday. Sent it back Thursday and got the results Friday evening. Very happy.

"Poor show over Christmas"
Poor show over Christmas, blaming Royal Mail whilst Tracking proved they received test with 24 hrs. Took them 4 days to return Negative Results.
Highly recommend you AVOID.

"Bad customer service, waste of money"
Bad customer service and waste of money - I ordered a day 2 test that still hasn’t turned up. I emailed 3 times to receive one single response saying it had been delivered when it clearly hadn’t, the tracking on the email they send does not work and you can’t call them. It feels impossible to get hold of them. I am hoping for a refund.

"Sat out full quarantine, was given empty promises."
Despite bad reviews I gave this company a shot and I’m afraid to say it was a waste of money and customer service was kind, but promises were not met.
Timeline of events:
8am 23rd of dec: placed order to be shipped soon and delivered upon arrival as website said, but expected delays w the holidays.
24th: got an email that order has been shipped.
26th: arrived in the UK, no test delivered yet, as expected- but no shipping updates either since the 24th. Other packages I had ordered to my quarantine address for Christmas did have accurate tracking updated.
28th: my day 2, which is when I shouldve taken the test at the latest. Still no test and no shipping updates. I email customer service, who were nice, but promised I would get the package the next day.
30th: finally get my test. Immediately post it back, but because mail would not be delivering/retrieving until Tuesday the 4th, I knew I was screwed.
6th of January: get an email they’ve gotten my package
7th: finally get my negative test result.
I leave the UK tomorrow. Since day of ordering it has taken 15 days to be sent the package, have it taken back, and get my result. I expected shipping delays but I sat out the full 10 day quarantine because promises were not fulfilled and I assume the package was not sent when I received my ‘package shipped’ e-mail due to lack of shipping updates when my other 3 packages were tracking just fine. Empty promises and wasted money, spend an extra few pounds if you plan on actually getting out of the house on day 2 and get a reputable place to get a test from.
