This has to be the worst company I've ever sent my money to. I've gone out of my way to write this review as its that bad. Worst communication, refusing to accept any responsibility and then just ignoring emails all shows how terrible this company is. AVOID

Based on my experience I would not recommend this company if you want a fast result. I have to isolate for one week due to await test results.I have the result but can’t open the file due to technical issues??
WHY NOT SENDING US A PDF RESULT AS EVERYONE ELSE IN THE MARKET???
I will not use them again and would not recommend.
Perhaps it's worth paying a bit more to get this service.

Great service, I’ve received my PCR test result the next day after posting.

Excellent! 5 x PCR kits arrived by post on time, despite the disrupted Royal Mail service over the Christmas. I had to courier the kits to the lab due to the New Year public holidays (i.e. no postal collection/delivery) but this worked perfectly and the results were back the same day. Great value even with the courier charge!

We are now on day 6 and still no results. Apparently Royal Mail are being blamed for our results not arriving. Our order was with Source Bioscience and the pre paid label is supplied by them and you are instructed to use a priority post box by Source Bioscience no other form of postage. Thankfully we have done LFT's every day and are negative but... what if we had just waited and waited and waited.I have asked for a refund of £70 but have been told i cant have one as its Royal Mails fault not theirs . Will not ever use this company again.

I make a order on 29 December for my Covid test day 2 ! Today is 5 January and my test did not come! Yesterday was a day 2 to make my test ((( I do not recommend this company
