"Still waiting for order"
I ordered a photo book for my elderly parents as a Christmas present. I ordered the book at the end of Nov. After multiple emails and a phonecall to the Jessops customer service team, I still have not received a dispatched email to say that my order is on the way. I am now not looking forward to having to explain to my parents on Christmas day that they should have been looking at their photo book. I am a very unhappy customer.

Went to the new Go Outdoors York where Jessops has a concession and was served by the wonderful Liam. Super helpful man - I wanted to print out photos from WhatsApp on the machine and he guided me through the process so kindly it made the whole thing a pleasure.Great service!

Second time i ordered these online , slight delay with delivery so asked Jessops about my order , they replied , kept me updated and promptly delivered my order and offered me discount voucher for the inconvenience. Brilliant service from Jessops. My prints came really quickly and look great. Sometimes the colour is a bit unnatural when uploading images from my iphone but these have come out perfectly and just in time for Christmas! Thank you!

"AVOID IT"
worst experience ever . Delivery date was delayed by more than 3 days , requested to cancel the order and had to wait 2 weeks for them to actually do it . Rude customer service when they answer but most probably they won t . Maybe you think they had a good reputation in the past but NOT anymore .

I ordered a photo gift with Jessops Photo on 8 December 2022, which was supposed to be delivered in around 10 days. As of today, 7 March, it has still not been delivered.
