I have given 2* because the delivery was quick. On service I would give minus 5*. If you decide to order from this company I suggest that you use a Credit Card, then at least you stand some chance of getting your money back.
I ordered a Simplicity Sandon 2ft x 4ft, Greenhouse which was delivered within a few days.
On erection we found that the 'Anchor' pack which we had ordered and paid for was missing. I rang the mobile number, which was answered but as the man was out he asked me to email and he would get them sent out in the post. This I did to the email address on the invoice. One week later still had not heard anything so rang again, this time I was told I had used the wrong email address, so I sent email to the info@greenhousesrus address. Nothing. Since then I have been texting; emailing and ringing daily. All to no avail. I am now having to contacting my Credit Card company for a refund.

"We ordered a 12’x8’ Stableford…"
We ordered a 12’x8’ Stableford greenhouse with a few extras on 4th February, and were given a delivery period of “around 28 days”. The order came to around £1,300, which was a substantial amount to us. We heard nothing for ages until we queried when the greenhouse would be delivered, and was told it would be 21st March.
The company delivered the greenhouse themselves, on 21st March, 45 days after we placed the order. The delay itself wasn’t a huge problem, but when we removed the parts from the various boxes and packages we discovered there were no nuts and bolts, or gusset plates, or “Z” clips for glazing. We emailed the company, and heard nothing for a couple of days, and when we phoned them we were told we’d used the wrong email address, and could we email them at a different address. The reply told us they’d pass on our email to the manufacturer.
Several days later, the nuts, bolts, gusset plates and “Z” clips arrived, with no apology or explanation, but at least construction could now begin. This went well, until we started to join the gutters to the ridge with the roof bars, when we discovered that one of the gutter sections had an incorrect angle along its entire length, meaning the bolts joining it to each of the 7 roof bars and 2 roof corner bars were at the wrong angle. We also discovered that the M4 nuts/bolts needed for the window stays were missing. Photographs were taken, angles measured, and an email sent to the company to explain exactly what the problem was, and which component it related to. Construction was suspended while we waited for a response.
After another phone call to the company, we received an email asking us what the part number was.
Several days later, a 12’ long package containing a replacement gutter section (and the missing nuts and bolts) was delivered by courier. Then we discovered the replacement gutter was exactly the same as the original, with an incorrect angle along its entire length. We finally completed construction of the greenhouse by physically bending the faulty part into shape using 2 short strips of hardwood and a couple of G-clamps. So now, the gutter on the right side of the greenhouse is (nearly) identical to the one on the left side, and our greenhouse is erected and glazed, just over 60 days after we placed the order.
As other reviewers have mentioned, communication with the company can be very difficult and frustrating, and in our case they seemed incapable of solving our issues themselves, they avoided communication as much as possible, and referred our problems to the manufacturers, rather than dealing with them themselves, as suppliers. Delivery of the greenhouse also took a lot longer than expected. We've heard nothing more after advising them that the replacement part was faulty.
We’re giving them 2 stars, but only because the guy who delivered the greenhouse (Andy) was at least pleasant.

Placed an order for accesories June 2018, have tried emailing them but no reply. Still waitiny 9 months later. Don't bother with these people

"Completely useless service"
Completely useless service. I placed an order for a greenhouse accessory on 7th August 2018 and it's now 4th September and I have received nothing. I've had no email confirmation of the purchase either from them. I just called them and was told that 'we only ship things like that out with the greenhouse itself - we could courier it to you but the cost would be £18 pounds. You're better off buying it from where you bought the greenhouse'.
It would have been nice to have had some communication from these people weeks ago. I honestly don't know how companies like this remain in business. A complete waste of my time.

"Just awful!!!"
Just awful! Extremely poor customer service with no communication whatsoever. My order was placed beginning of May with guaranteed delivery within 4 weeks. It is now the middle of July and I am still waiting. Excuse after excuse and promised call backs that never happened have led me to cancel my order. Thanks to GreenhousesRus for wasting the last 2 and a half months with nothing more than empty apologies and a no care attitude. Pay a bit more and go somewhere else that actually delivers on their promises

"If the delivery goes wrong you're out of luck"
I ordered five pieces of staging from GreenhousesRUs in February. After four weeks I chased them and the next day three of the items were sent out to me with some damage. A week later I chased them again and the remaining items were sent out to me. Only the potting bench had the wooden shelves and the plastic potting station with no parts for the metal frame or nuts & bolts. I reported this without receiving any confirmation. When I chased this up a couple of weeks later I was told it was sent out and that they would send out another set. Nothing arrived. When I chased them again after times going several back and forth I over several weeks they sent me half of the items so I now have a potting station with no legs to hold the unit together. the have said they have or are sending parts out several times never without anything actually arriving and they will not confirm any of the postage information I have requested. They are now ignoring my attempts to contact them. If you want everything you order for your greenhouse purchase somewhere else.
