"Extremely poor customer service."

I don't like leaving bad reviews. I understand the current situation can impact on delivery times etc but it should not impact on customer service. I ordered a green house on 20th April 2020. Before placing the order, I contacted the company to ask what delivery times were in the current situation and was told 4-6 weeks. Its almost 7 weeks now and I've heard nothing. I've emailed three times and called twice to leave messages. I have had no contact at all. I fully acknowledge difficulties during the Covid-19 outbreak, but would expect top notch customer services as most people are currently working from home with more time to respond to emails etc. Not sure where to go from here...

"Very Satisfied"

My experience with this company was a good one. This was my first greenhouse and I was given good and sound advice about the product which best suited my requirements and budget during my initial enquiries and I went with that advice. The installer was a young man called Sam. Despite a long journey from Nottingham to the Northamptonshire boarder he arrived early and was on time. This young man was polite, well mannered, unassuming and obliging and he and his mate worked very hard all day in very hot conditions to erect the greenhouse. He obviously knew what he was about and he and his colleague's efforts confirmed my right decision not to attempt to install the greenhouse by myself. Sam was a great ambassador for his father's company and although he only installed it yesterday (02/06/20) I am very satisfied with my greenhouse and Sam said that it should outlast me.

Do not buy from this company, ordered a greenhouse 6 weeks ago, never reply to emails, absolutely crap customer service.

Didn't receive a green house.

Ordered my greenhouse on 6th April, and had it confirmed that if ordered straight away it would still be a 4 week delivery. Money taken from bank immediately and no further communication to date, emails and phone calls remain unanswered. I appreciate the present situation can delay delivery but this does not excuse bad customer service.

OMG I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered my staging. Still no sign and I ordered 17th April. Can’t get through on the phone. About to try email but judging from these reviews that might be a waste of time. Never again!

"I have to disagree with other reviewers…excellent service and a great greenhouse"

I have to disagree with other reviewers who perhaps could be kinder to a small family business trying to remain operational through challenging times. Ordered a Simplicity 6 x 8 greenhouse with staging, water butts, guttering and auto opener mid April, had friendly and prompt communication with Mandy who was very knowledgeable on the product for a first time greenhouse purchaser like myself. I did ring for an update on installation and delivery date but was aware I needed to be patient due to the current situation. Andy rang me with an update and kept me informed on when to expect the greenhouse. Payment was not taken until greenhouse installation itself. Delivered to Bath with social distancing on Friday 22nd May and installed the same day by Sam. Sam went over and above to ensure my base I had prepared was perfect and was friendly, super tidy and professional. All installed with social distancing. Very impressed with the service and the greenhouse which looks fantastic and has already stood up to gale force winds without any issues. Thrilled with my new greenhouse and can’t wait to start growing. Thank-you, would definitely recommend if you want a professional friendly service.

"Zero communication and zero service"

Placed an order for some greenhouse staging on 18th April. Received an automated acknowledgement and then - silence.

Called the following week and left two messages without reply. Managed to get hold of someone at GRU on the third attempt and was told that this would be fulfilled 'probably in the next week'

Called again the following week having again heard nothing and was again told the order would be fulfilled the following week.

Two weeks later and again, no communication and no staging. Order cancelled today.

Do not use this business.

I’m afraid that I had the same experience as another customer - ordered and paid for greenhouse shelving and six weeks later still no sign of it. I know things are difficult at the moment, but poor communication and lack of information is really not very helpful!

However, refund was processed quickly (once I requested it).

Such a shame - the shelving looked good!

DO NOT use this company, tried to purchase some greenhouse staging recently ( you would think a simple transaction) have taken monies immediately through PayPal . Nothing on their site suggesting any delays because of covid.Weeks later no staging and no correspondence from them. Have tried to email them mostly no response,have given them lots of opportunity to converse with me but they do not want too.Have now had to ask PayPal to intervene to have monies returned. Do yourself a favour DO NOT use this company, they do not care about the customer or obviously their reputation, mad of them for an Internet company

"My 8 X 6 GREENHOUSE."

I had an 8 x6 delivered and erected yesterday by this company.
Very nice young man put it up in very cold weather arrived at 9 am
finished at 2pm . Rubbish bagged and left no mess. So far do good.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Anyone is welcome to come and view mine. Green finish ........love it.
