The pick-up and drop-off service is great. The quality of the work is good. But communication from the company when trying to agree the work is terrible. Lengthy waits, not following up with changes, missing things out which have been agreed. This could be a great service if that can be addressed.

The drop off and pick up worked well - but you left my bike saddle at the top of its range so I couldn't ride it until I found an alum key to reset it to where it was before. Not what I expect from such an expensive service.
Also told I would get a discount for first time user and didn't receive it.

"Great idea but poor (and expensive!) execution"
This is an excellent idea, and I was super excited to try it but it ended being super confusing and very expensive.
My bike was taken in, and several 'critical' issues were flagged, where my only option was to approve them (~£70) - the website kept bugging so I couldn't actually approve and pay, and had to contact support.
When the bike was returned to me (very promptly!) the receipt / paperwork included a further £100 of fixes that I had not approved or known about. When I contacted them to ask, and ensure they were not charging me, they didn't know anything about these extra charges.
They had to call me to take final payment because their website wasn't working; the person who called didn't have any of my details, first asked me to approve more work (even though I'd already got my bike back) and then told me my bike would be with me the following week (see above) 🙃
Once they iron our these service issues, and set better expectations upfront, this could be great!

Fast efficient service. Bike came back promptly with each step communicated with the list of extra jobs itemised with the reasoning explained.

It seems to me that I paid the deluxe service just to have my bike looked at and cleaned! I would have had to fork out a further £150 to have anything actually done to it…

Great customer service - really easy to see which parts need replacing and then just click on the ones you want to have replaced. Love havebike!
