Service was A*** driver courteous heads up to Thanos! Thanking you.

Sadly the team were unable to work on my bike due to it not being a UK manufactured bike, so I had to go elsewhere.

Customer service was friendly and straight forward, they called me to share the bad news and have issued a full refund, the bike was returned the next day.

Gutted you guys couldn't work on my bike.

Customers please do read through terms before you book, to save everyone involved delays and time.

Totally would use again, just with a different bike!

All fine. Pleased with repair and communication. One error on the invoice needed following up, but like for like had been fitted (unlike that stated). Dropped back a day late but clear reason for that when the extra nuts for the tag along bike required specific axel bolts.

The first time I used Havebike was a positive experience. The second time was very disappointing. In summary, they did not service my bike by the agreed date, but still charged me the pick up/drop off charge even though no service was undertaken.

Superb! They come on time do the work. Engage on any extras. Finish the bike. Return it on time. All with courtesy and outstanding efficiency. I cannot recommend them too highly!
