Bicycle was taken on for servicing but shortage of staff meant it wasn’t completed and us to be returned un serviced. Communication was unclear about whether or not it was going to be serviced/ and or returned.

Huge lack of communication throughout the whole process. Driver never called before turning up to let me know he’ll be there soon to pick up/return the bike. My bike was supposed to be returned on Monday the 19th however it was rescheduled to Tuesday and then I didn’t hear anything from them after that. I then complained and got an email saying that my bike has only just been serviced and needs new parts totalling £223 HOWEVER I didn’t not receive this email before they tried to return it on Monday the 19th. They have had my bike since the 12th of December and have only now returned it on the 24th of December. Even though it was supposed to be returned on the 15th.
Throughout this process I wasn’t communicated with properly at all and I’m thoroughly disappointed in the experience as a whole. Would not use this company again and would advise others to give this company a miss too.

Looking at other reviews, sadly I would have to agree with the poor level of service.
My bike was expected to be returned back to me earlier this week and it hasn't
I have left numerous webchats, emails and rung their customer service many many times yet never get an answer.
I just want my bike back.

No answer on the phone, email or webchat. Been trying for 2 days now. Bike due for delivery days ago, however ZERO communications from them after they picked up my bike. At this point I might as well phone the police as I suspect this company might have now stolen my bike! (at least they replied, so I guess the bike is still collectable at some point)
They initially took it and I've not heard anything since and they're not contactable. How do you expect to run a business like this? First time customer too. Do you think I'll EVER use your service again (assuming I'll get my bike back) or recommend you to anybody I know? NO. I'll NEVER use you again.
UPDATE: Your reply to email you means nothing! I've already sent several emails over the last few days, phoned constantly, left voice mails and left messages on your webchat too, so first reply to those.
I asked someone to go to your shop to see if you're open only to find it SHUT! Then checked companies house website run by the UK goverment - it shows your company went into administration on 14 March 2022 yet you still collected my property and now holding it without customers being able to find out where their bikes are.
Wasted enough time on this now with the back and forth on this site. The delivery date has already been missed. I've travelled out of the city now for the festive season (which has now been tainted already but his debacle) I'll await email answers to collect my property when I'm back in town. I'm so done with this back and forth. If you're serious about running a company, answer your own phones and emails, voicemails and webchats so we don't have to resort to sites like these to get a reaction out of you.

I honestly never bother to rate anything, but we had a great experience with Havebike; everything from the booking, the collection, the return was so easy and hassle free. Great value for money as well! Bike is well built and safe to use. Definitely recommend and use them again
