"Highly Recommend"

Whilst I have spent a considerable amount on getting bikes back up and 'riding' - it was for 5 bikes - and the service has been fantastic - the communication either by email or telephone was beyond expectation. I saw the van local to where I live in South London and after a quick check - booked in without hesitation and am very very happy: the team in the workshop even recognising how much I have spent and so going the extra mile, giving me a couple of things as a gesture of good will: thank you workshop, thank you Abbie on the phone/email, thank you Theo (pick ups and drop offs) - yes, I was rung as they promise to say they were near by to pick up/drop off.

Firmware Upgrade done on booked date.
However still waiting for the £5 refundable deposit.
Reading the reviews getting monies refunded seems to be a consistent theme.

"Convenient and helpful"

So helpful having it picked up from home and dropped off. Seamless service by Theo and Pippa and my bike came back all fixed so big thanks to the mechanics. The service for fixing problems is a bit pricey but youre paying for convenience which is definitely provides.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

So i paid £90 to get my bike picked up for a service. The day before my slot for bike to be picked up (which i waited a week for) i get a call saying we are unable to pick up - so delayed for a week.
After the bike has been picked up, and a week later the day before its supposed to be dropped off, i get a call saying there is a small dent on the bike (which i use for indoor cycling), they cannot complete any work on the bike.

After 3 weeks of being messed around, all they could offer back to me was the return of my bike + the original £90.

How companies get away with this is beyond me, disgraceful customer service.

**UPDATE**

Its now been over a week and still have not received refund, tried to call up twice about this, only to be told the person who deals with this is not available right now.....still waiting on callback.....

once again - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Been calling customer services to get a refund for last 3 days, nobody taking my call.

this company has taken my £90, cancelled my order, and now wont take my call to get a refund.

Great experience, they collected my bike, which hadn’t been serviced for a year, and gave it a full service, all done in 48hrs, it hasn’t felt this good since I bought it. With instructions to make sure my seat or handlebars remained in the same positions after removing, spot on
Will be using them again 5* service

Generally I would recommend and use again.
My Brompton was booked as part of their electric bike firmware recall and I added on a deluxe service. I appreciate the Easter holiday could have caused delays and my service return date got extended. I think this was only informed to me from chasing the customer support on the phone multiple times on the original return day. Though someone always picked up the phone and I eventually got an email message response back.

The bike returned on the new date that was suggested, in good condition. No issues with the actual servicing performed.

However in future some type of website or app that lets people track their bike like a delivery would make this process far better, where mechanics could leave messages or updates etc. I was still not told what the issue was which caused the delay. The reason for delay is irrelevant now, but I think many others require a better way of tracking and being updated without being forced to call.
