I have used Havebike for many years and will continue to do so. Always excellent service and good communication on pick-up and dropping off. Teologos in particular was very friendly and super smiley - a pleasure to deal with!

I had a great service from Havebike. Great communication from them throughout and a bike that returned looking like new, with everything fixed to a great standard. Gave it a quick test ride when it was delivered back and it rides like a brand new bike now! So happy. Theologos was excellent when it came to collection and drop off, and made sure to call ahead in plenty of time to make sure I was in. Overall, I'm very pleased and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

First time to use havebike. Very efficient - bike lifted and returned as per schedule. Seemingly good value for money (all additional spend clearly outlined before commitment) and quality work. Got the bike back yesterday and quick run out today. Very pleasant individuals to deal with in person and over the 'phone.

The collection and the delivery are excellent but the service in between has been very disappointing.
I have been asked if I wanted to change some parts and after my negative replay they answered that would proceed with any of the jobs that the deluxe service provide. Again very disappointed. UN UPDATE: THEY CALLED ME TO APOLOGIZE AND OFFERED RECALL OF THE BIKE TO FINISH THE SERVICE AT ZERO COST. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. PLEASE KEEP YOUR STANDARDS. They deserve a second chance.

A very good service, from pick up by Craig to drop-off by Theologos. The bike came back in immaculate condition having been serviced and cleaned. The chain and cassette were due to be replaced and were supplied and fitted and a reasonable cost. Thanks to you all.
