"Useless at pre bookings!"

Had pre-booked a taxi more than 24 hours in advance for a pick up from Healey Barn to our hotel. I called Blueline twice to confirm that the booking is confirmed and would be alright (due to pick up being a remote location), both times they said they have picked up from the location before.

15 minutes before pick up time, I checked the tracking link in the email and had seen the booking had been cancelled. I rang up asked why it was cancelled, response was "we've no drivers in your area, sorry". What is the point of pre booking if it cannot be honoured? They had no answer for that. As a result, they stranded two of us in a remote location at 1AM and very few options at that time. Luckily we found another option but at double the price!

Do not trust Blueline for pre booking taxis as they will not guarantee or even inform you it has been cancelled.

Luckily I chose to pay cash and not in advance, I doubt they would've refunded us if we did select the advance option.

"fraudulent charge"

I emailed them this complaint since Monday and no one replied till now.

Good Morning.
I trust that you are well.

I am writing to make an official complaint against the driver that picked us up from 12 Carville Rise (NE6 1EF) and took us to church @ Solution Assembly (29 Welbeck Rd. NE6 2HU) on sunday 16th of July.

I booked the taxi like I frequently do for that route (12 Carville Rise to Solution Assembly Church) and the fare is always between £4.60 and £5.

While we were waiting for the driver to arrive and I could see that it was saying on the app that he would arrive in 2 minutes, myself, my Mrs, and my 2-daughter stepped out of the house.

He rang me at 10.58 am and I asked where he was, and he said he was trying to find the house but that he was on Raby way…so I walked from the where I was to Raby way, and he was just on the main road.

We got in and we even had a conversation where he confirmed that he wasn’t sure where the address was.

We got to our destination, and I asked the charge, and he said it was £7.50.

He didn’t even seem surprised even when I told him this journey normally cost £4.60.

And he just said, ‘’well I don’t know I don’t set the fare’’.

I was surprised and I asked him why and he said ‘’I don’t know’’.

A trip that normally cost £4.60.

When we finished from church in the afternoon, I checked the app only to find out that this guy had added £3 extra waiting time to the bill.

Waiting time for what?

This is fraudulent and I don’t expect this form a reputable company as yours.

Someone that didn’t even know where the address is?

I rang you customer service line to make this complaint, and they gave me this email.

I want this to be investigates and I want that £3 returned to my account.

You can check his GPS for where he packed and picked us up, and you can check his call log for where and when he rang me, you can also check to see where and when and why he added the £3 charge.

That driver is a very dishonest man.

"Rubbish. Poor service and over priced."

Over charged on estimate price by over £5 and taxi was a half hour late. Called driver who didn’t care. Wouldn’t use again or recommend.

"Overcharged on quote by £15 for a…"

Overcharged on quote by £15 for a return ride to Healey Barn. Whilst the taxi was in time we were going to a wedding and it was not clean inside and although driver friendly enough the experience of being driven at 90 miles per hour was not what I anticipated ….thankfully would not need to use this company again but would never recommend them. Terrible experience

How can you charge double fare at 6pm at night, unless Xmas has been moved to July, you’re abhorrent! Reported to local authority and I won’t give up until licenses revoked … sham of a company!

"R.I.P BLUELINE"

I worked for blueline for a lot of years
The management and stuff don't care about anyone but themselves me Being a driver. I got asked to leave the company because I asked For a drivers meeting to discuss any problems of the system The management have no idea What the customers are thinking and drivers If you see anything against the company or have a question for them All they do is ask you to leave the company Total waste of time In the past it was the best taxi company to work for it's a shame

"Absolutely crap"

Absolutely crap. I ordered a minibus for 15 people I get 1 car for 4 people. When asked where the other cars are I was told well I can ask for more. The driver couldn’t care ! First time I’ve used them and won’t be using them again

"Excellent service on a Sunday"

This was the only service available in Hereford on a Sunday. Booking was easy and seamless, we were picked up dead on time and sent a message to tell us the driver was on the way. I will happily use again.

"Absolutely shambolic service I booked a…"

Absolutely shambolic service I booked a taxi for 8.20 this morning to take me to a appointment to be phoned at 8.20 by a person who certainly wasn't trained in customer service to say my taxi would be coming at 9 because she didn't have a taxi I explained I needed a taxi as I had said appointment and she was like aww can't send you 1 why on earth do they take the booking in the first place is beyond me never have 1 or never will I ever used this company ps manners cost nothing neither do customer service skills
