Phoned a taxi this morning had it booked in now as i have used the company for 10 years i would receive a phone call to say my driver has arrived or at least a phone call from the driver it's self to say is here. Me and my daughter were all ready set to go waiting out side i thought this is taking a wile i will call to see how far it is and it normally tells you instead it was putting me through just to book one and i thought eh? i all ready have!? so i spoken to the operator 2 find out what was going on she said the taxi has all ready been out, i mentioned it hasn't cause me and my daughter have been waiting out side 10 minutes where we can see and have access to the front and bk of the flat! i said well we have been standing here in the cold waiting i do need a taxi please as i am on the school run and now it has made my daughter L8 ! she then mentioned i can send another one out 2 u i said the 1st one never came in the 1st place she said look i can send another one out but ill be another 10 minutes so i said right ok cause i need to get my daughter to school and now were L8! so then me and my daughter still were waiting out side bare in mind i never even got a call from the taxi driver the 1st time and we were waiting after booking one out side again i thought ill phone to check to see how far my taxi is and it was acting like i never booked it put me through to book a taxi even know i booked through the operator this time so then i put my self through the operator again she said the taxi has been and gone again that's 2 cars we have had sent out to you by then i was fuming! i said it has not cause we have been standing out side in the cold for ages where we can see the bk and the front. now there there cars have either choice and where they normally park both sides if needed to where we can see where they normally arrive at that is where me and my daughter were standing i said this is a joke i'm not using this company again. now i am upset cause i have used the company for years and years i would give the tips let them keep my change the lot i want to know why the driver was so incompetent to give me a call on both occasions when that is something i am used of them doing now cause i did ask well let alone they wasn't there they didn't call me to say they was unless they didn't have a clue were the flat is. and wile i am on here complaining about this morning another thing i am absolute sick of which makes me feel sick is there excuses i why they are charging me more when i asked and there's been a lot of times where i have stayed quite so if you were going to pay on card and they have that white little box for your bank card why are the adding extra £7.00 or £5.00 and many more prices to it why are they charging people more money off the own accord. There has been 2 many times this keeps happening do they think i am thick when i am looking at what the price is on the meter! now some of them are playing it clever by not showing it on the meter now and by having something else on the screen so they can still get away with adding extra charges you don't need that specially when your paying a lot all ready for a long trip but long or small it shouldn't be happening now i am absolute disgusted of what keeps happening load's lately specially when i have used this taxi company for a long time there is no care no consideration. now also when i used blue line the other day there was a man taking me to the shops and then taking me to see my friend now he seemed very stressed and unhappy i said are you ok what's wrong he told me he is having problems with getting to court for his kids and its costing him around £400.00 cause his wife was on his case about the solicitors i said fare enough you could get an advocate instead there free i gave him the address to go to in his own time and see one explained what he has to do by getting the doctor also to sign the advocate form for a free solicitor he then said your very good i said its ok i just know how to help that's all i picked up my bits from the shop in between wile holding my taxi got bk in his on the phone to his wife he said you can finish your cig if you want after walking back as i only had a couple drags i said ok got back out had a few more drags got back in the taxi and he said! so am i coming with you to you friends house i went eh he said am i coming with you, i said your dropping me off there to if that is ok he said ye there's me not knowing what he meant at the time as i was closer to where i needed to be i could see my destination i mentioned to him this is where i need to be on the other side he said ok so then he carried on driving up and he never turned to the side i needed to be on i said you have missed the turn this is where i said i needed to be he goes what i said i mentioned to you i showed you the building where i need to be and you have not turned the corner he said oh i said you need 2 be on the side so then when we got to the traffic lights and stopped he said so am i coming then i sad eh he said with you i said no he said...

"Driver would only accept cash"

Booked taxi for 5:30, driver arrives at 5:10 and starts ringing me, 3 times in total by 5:20, first call woke the babies up.

Get in and then told cash only even though I had my payment details saved on the app.

Going to to get cash then added £2.60 to my journey.

No messages in advance from the company, just an abrupt driver who told me all about 21 runners from the taxis that night etc etc.

That’s not my problem or any other customers problem.

I normally use Uber but thought I’d use a local company……I’ll just be going back to Uber.

"A pre- booked taxi shocking service."

I prebooked a taxi to get me to a booked appointment. I was informed with only 15 minutes to go that the taxi was running 21 minutes late. This was no good to me as I would have missed my appointment which I had already paid for,so I would have lost my money.i prebooked the taxi so that the taxi firm could ensure a taxi for the time I booked. I cancelled my prebooked taxi and booked another from another company which got me there on time. Shocking service.

Every time we have booked a Blueline taxi they have been over 20 minutes late. Totally unreliable.

Blue line taxis are a complete scam and a rip of after reading the shocking reviews about them on trustpilot I now know I am not the only being scammed by the airport trick where the driver tells people he has been waiting around for a while and then adds the extra on but there isn’t an extra it is all a scam shame on you blue line taxis in this very difficult climate deliberately ripping people off I will never use them again they are complete liars and believe any rubbish their drivers tell them it will all come back to haunt them what goes around comes around and the reviews about them are the worst I have ever seen don’t use them they are con artists and they know they are

"Booked for a family of five to airport…"

Booked for a family of five to airport and a return journey. Prices given were reasonable however the journey to the airport the driver arrived 25 minutes early. Luckily we were ready and had a notification the driver had arrived. On getting to the airport the cost was more than quoted and was told had to pay cash as was a cash booking? Although card details were in the app. I understand we needed to add the cost of the airport drop off (5) but we were charged a waiting time!! The driver was early?!?!? On return we were quoted approximately 28 and we were charged 41 pound!! Why quote a cost and then add another ten pound on this included waiting time again even though we stood outside airport and had to ring the office to say we had arrived and were waiting. We still gave a tip but would not use again.

Absolutely furious! My girlfriend Pre-booked a blueline taxi for 11pm....at 11.30pm they were still "searching for a driver", at 11.45pm I called them on her behalf to ask where the taxi was to be told that a driver "might" be there in 10/15 mins. The taxi finally turned up at 00:05. Meaning my girlfriend had been standing on her own in an alleyway for over an hour waiting for a taxi to turn up! This is completely unacceptable and so dangerous for a woman to be left alone at night.
This is not the first time this had happened, we have had Blueline taxi's continuously show up over an hour late, or just not send a car at all.
They cannot be trusted and we feel so incredibly let down.

"No show"

Booked blue line for collection from the airport. Had email confirmation. Was told to contact when had luggage . Taxi did not show had to use another company. Won't ever use them again.

"Never using Blueline again"

I used to use Blueline taxis a lot, but will now never use them again. Booked a taxi today, about 5 hours before I needed it, Blueline accepted the booking. Two minutes before my taxi was due, Blueline were still looking for a driver. I called and was told the taxi would be there in about 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later I called again and was told that the closest taxi was about 15 minutes away, meaning my taxi would have been 30 minutes late. I ended up walking home, at night, in the dark, as Blueline let me down, and I could have been a woman on my own - luckily I was not, but as a woman booking on my own, I would not put my life in Blueline’s hands
