We recently booked a taxi via the app to take a group of my friends for a meal in Houghton le Spring. Last Saturday we were having drinks at our home waiting for the taxi to arrive and it didn’t, we did not get any message from them to advise if any delay or reason why.. we could not get hold of them on the phone and had to rely upon our son and his fiancé to give us a lift. As it got near the time to come home we rang the taxi firm to confirm that the booking was still arranged so we carried on the evening. At the end of the night we waited for the taxi and surprise it did not turn up and we could not get hold of them to ask for a 2nd time why…. But we then got a cancellation text… and had to rely on another local taxi firm to get us all home safely…. What if it had been a lady on her own ! Please do not book Blue Line Taxi they are UNRELIABLE, do NOT COMMUNICATE with their clients and do NOT have their clients SAFETY at heart…

Booked a taxi (at 5pm) to pick us up at 11pm. Didn't show so phoned at 10 past for them to say they're busy and it would be 15 to 20mins!! Set off walking home and got home before receiving a call at 12 o'clock with the driver complaining to me (ducking cheek of it!) that he had been waiting outside for 10 mins- meaning he had arrived 50mins after the booked time. This company is a clusterduck of ineptitude! Please do anything you can to use any other way or company and stop this shut-show of a company trading.

I would like to change my opinion of blueline taxis, I contacted the CEO of blueline, they we're very understanding and helpful, I explained I had been over charged, they interviewed the driver and he had to pay me back £7
I received the money straight away
I must point out this was a driver issue and NOT the blueline company, it's driver's like this that are giving blueline a bad name, thank you

Charged twice- now 4 days later and still no start to the refund progress. Ridiculous.

We always use a taxi from Ottawa airport to our relatives home in Nepean. On 3 seperate occasions we had problems with the individual drivers trying to overcharge us by taking a longer route or giving us a fixed price without using the meter.
We do not find these drivers to be honest. So we definitely do not recommend Blueline taxis to anyone.
Now we use a different company and we don't feel getting scammed anymore.

Worst taxi company going drivers don't go to right pick up and then scream at you when you try to explain where you are

Booked my taxi 8 hours in advance and payed for the taxi but failed to turn up and when I tried ringing them it wouldn’t let me get through to an operator. Just an absolute joke to be honest when I’ve already paid for the taxi. I expect to be refunded.
