Absolutely shocking service booked taxi and as per usual driver can't find address. Happens all the time with this company. Deleting there app and will definitely not be using them again. Will use a different reliable company 😡

Is there an option to put no stars? Absolute joke of a taxi company. What was the point of pre booking a taxi and them quoting a price of £39-£43 to then pick us up and charge £67 due to a lane being closed on route to our destination as if thats our fault? Also may i add did not even drop us off on the doorstep was made to get out and walk 16 minutes in the rain to the actual destination. Absolutely disgusting. I emailed the taxi service as well to let them know and they haven't acknowledged my complaint. Absolute robbers! Do not use!

What an awful experience I had earlier with this firm. The taxi driver went in the opposite direction even after me telling him 5 times he's going the wrong way. He said he was following the sat nav, no other taxi drivers ever go the way he went. Then as soon as I said I hope he's deducting that off the fair he told me to get out at the traffic lights, he even had the cheek to ask for £5 & as soon as I said you're charging me for going the wrong way after me telling you multiple times he told me just to get out. There were a lot of cars waiting behind his taxi. Honestly diabolical,I don't know how you can let drivers like the one driving FL72 RYF work for your firm. Ripping your customers off and treating them terribly. Absolutely disgusting. I won't be using Blueline taxis again and i will be posting this on social media so other people know to stay clear....

Terrible. The driver rang to say he was on his way. We waited and waited and he stopped answering my calls. We gave up and got an Uber (great service and will use again). I got a receipt for a longer journey so he obviously got a better offer!

I booked a Taxi on Saturday for Monday morning 8:20 - No driver showed up and would not connect to a driver via the app. Making getting to work extremely stressful

Rang a taxi for royal quays outlet shopping never turned up rang up again said taxi was cancelled
Booked again said it would be there soon didnt turn up rang again said he was 1 minute away didnt turn up rang again and he had only been waiting at dfd,s ferry terminal took me exactly 1 hour since ringing to get home I was on my own standing there in blazing hot sun he sidnt have a clue of the area plus that automated service is not working at all foaming spoilt my bank holliday and I will never go there again if I have to ring a taxi these foreign drivers dont know where they are going should not have been charged .

"Inconsiderate parking"
Not a great look for your company. Driver parked in a car park attached to a drs Surgery that has clear signs up it is for patients of the surgery only. He parked in a disabled bay and left a young looking child in the car while they went to pick up their other child from school. No disabled badge displayed and little regard given to anyone who would have needed the bay. 862 NorthTyneside taxi number license. Reg PX65
