Wasters. Booked a taxi and when it got to 10 minutes past pickup time they called to cancel. Still took the money though.

Booked a trip and the fair on the app was calculated at around £40. Arrived at drop off and still had to pay an additional £40 even though the money was taken from my bank at booking! I have emailed Blueline every day and been advised that the money would return to my account within 5-7 days and 7 days later still nothing! Would not recommend Blueline to anyone! They rip you off for your money and don’t resolve the issues!

"I would never use again"
No booking confirmation sent, i thought i cancelled my taxi through the automated service and a taxi still arrived to take me home, i didn't realise it wasn't the taxi i had booked as a return so got in the taxi to then have to pay again. £31 a single way from Sunderland (+£60 i had already paid)
Rubbish customer services, The automated service is not fit for purpose.

"Booked Blueline last night as we were…"
Booked Blueline last night as we were going out for a special occasion. Booked Taxi several hours prior to pickup for 7pm. Taxi didn’t arrive and no text notifications by 7 so I called switchboard to inquire why. I was informed the driver was running late by ten minutes. Taxi finally arrived twenty minutes late, not ten. Driver sited heavy traffic as his excuse. Traffic was anything but heavy on route to our venue. It was free flowing and light ! The driver had been provided with our drop off address on booking but dropped us at completely wrong location, fortunately, only two or three minutes walk away. When booking Taxis, you need to have confidence they will actually turn up & get you to your destination on time and know where you’re going ? Blueline failed on both counts then compounded the situation by trying to blame heavy traffic ! Needless to say we chose a different taxi company for our return journey which, despite being much later in the evening, was three pounds cheaper ! We won’t be booking Blueline again.

"Driver on time, overcharged though"
Driver was on time and taxi clean. However we were charged £31.80 for a ride quoted at £23.50. This included the £5 airport drop off which was not mentioned in the booking confirmation. Disappointing.

"Always used Blue Line"
Always used Blue Line, but not any more. Way overcharged for local taxi ride, driver had no idea where he was going even though he had a sat nav. Strangely never received confirmation message that booking received or details about driver.

Pre booked a taxi for 12 noon on Saturday to railway station. Had phone call at 12 to say no drivers available. . Did not want to give them even 1 star. Will never use again.

"I (used to) really like BlueLine"
I (used to) really like BlueLine. They seem to be employing a practice of arriving early and charging you a waiting fee to get your fare up in price. Taxi booked for 6.10am. Driver called at 6.00am to say he had arrived. I got in the car at 6.04am. I was then charged a waiting fee. No response from the firm and i can see from other reviews that it wasn't just me. So it seems they've introduced this practice and are not bothered by it. Take your custom elsewhere!

"Didn't bother showing up...."
Booked for a pickup today 2/10/23. At 3pm. Didn't show up and when I phoned they said they couldn't find the pick up address on Google maps, desipte me telling them where exactly it was when I booked it, I mean how hard is it to find a massive building (warehouse) with 'Fergusons' wrote across the front in 3ft high letters on a road where there's only 4 massive factory/warehouse buildings. I can only assume it was either Stevie Wonder or Roy Orbison driving for them......avoid at all costs.
