"Not happy with customer service"
Getting married and had to cancel as I was let down when contacted the company. The lady had such a bad attitude. nasty, rude and abrupt - not good customer service.

Had a cab booked directly for me in the Spring by an organisation who were paying my travel expenses to Newcastle. I arrived 5 mins early and stood exactly in the place by the train station that I’d been told by Blueline. 15 mins after arranged time there was no sign of my car and I rang as I was at risk of being late for my appointment. The operator said the driver had been waiting but that I hadn’t shown up (totally untrue). She helpfully dispatched another which arrived promptly, but the driver was rude and seemed to think that he had a right to subject me to his extremely controversial and judgemental views about a whole host of subjects (including the whole idea about Covid being a hoax). The driver who took me back to the station later was even ruder, horribly racist and then claimed that Covid only affects old people at their lives who are already well beyond their time and that we should completely open up society for the good of young people and let elderly people take their chances etc
Anyone is entitled to their opinion about any matter, but not to impose them on Blueline customers. As a young woman I felt very uncomfortable and unable to challenge either driver, as I wasn’t familiar with the area and couldn’t get out to walk because I had a train to catch back to Yorkshire. Never again. The organisation I met with have been informed.
