Like many othere I would give a zero or minus. I booked on a Sunday for a taxie to take me into the Hospital for a proceedure I have been waiting for quite a while, it was due at 7.45am and at 8 I called them and they said another 20 or 30 mnutes, which would mean being way to late at the hospital. I had no choice but to drive myself, which was not recomended, but I had the treatment at least, just as I parked up at the hospital they called to say they were waiting outside my house. sorry but my reply was not polite

Never use this taxi firm. Booked online in advance. No taxi after 30 mins of scheduled arrival. Second call to them said there were no taxis in the area & there wouldn’t be for at least 20 minutes & that couldn’t be guaranteed. I was a woman left on my own after I told friends to go ahead with their taxi as felt sure my pre booked taxi wouldn’t be long. I explained this to the operator & she told me to go back inside the pub, I explained pub was closing so not possible. I felt extremely vulnerable so ended up cancelling & getting a relative out of bed to come & collect me. Please do not use this company, extremely unreliable

"PLEASE Stop Wrong Notifications/Alerts"
I booked a taxi ahead of time but unfortunately it didn’t come wherein it says on the app, your taxi has arrived please look out. Had to wait for another taxi to arrive that took another half an hour after a night shift.Apparently the customer service had to cancel it for whatever reason. Blueline should stop giving notifications of “your driver has arrived” when in fact it is still miles away, MISLEADING!!!

If I could give them a minus amount I would. Booked a taxi over 3 weeks ago for this Saturday and Blueline rang at 6.30pm when we were supposed to be picked up to say they would be half an hour late which wasnt great but let it go. Different story when they came to pick us up at 11.50, they called at 12.10 to say they would be 40 minutes which wasnt good enough when we were stood out in the cold so they then told us that our taxi was cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!

Could only give 1 star wish I couldn’t give any. Customer handlers were awful, would like to shout out especially “Ali” for giving a spectacular service which was awful, wouldn’t let me speak and was coughing all over the phone when I even tried to speak.
Booked a taxi for 10 to 8 originally changed it on the app to 8 o’clock but because it didn’t register, although it had been confirmed on my end that the arrival at 5 to 8 but was a problem of us being there for 8 o’clock. Funny they can be 5 minutes late but we can’t be 5 minutes late to the later.

Nothing was available when I tried to pre-book and I was met with an error message. Check internet banking today ..and blue line have helped themselves to two payments

I booked a taxi i get quite regularly, and a particular driver who drives a blue passat decided to not use sat nav and not bother to tell me, so after it becomes obvious he doesn't know where he is going and is just trying to rip me off and i point it out, he proceeds to scream at me like it's my fault and dump me on the motorway. This cost £25 when it should be £18 to get to where i was going and then when i rang them to sort out a new taxi i get nothing but apologies and an awareness they know who this utter moron is and should be refunded if i make formal complaint but i had to wait an extra hour in the middle of nowhere to pay another £14 to go a mile and a half with a driver just as bad. 3 weeks after I'm still waiting to be refunded for the first taxi, even following up with them they say it's under investigation and is taking longer than usual but it's just excuses. Don't waste your money and don't use blueline.
