"Last min cancelled taxi"

Booked a pet friendly for 12 pm with blue line at 10:15 for 2 dogs and at 12:15 rang to ask where the taxi was to be told it was cancelled leaving me stranded in ponteland after missing the last bus due to being told a taxi was coming. Extremely disappointed and would never book with them again.

"Excellent assistance from Dispatcher"

Catherine, Call dispatcher was absolutely fantastic when my brother left his mobile phone in the back of one of the cabs. She was extremely courteous and professional and was able to locate a very 'distant' driver in order for us to retrieve the phone. She was very sympathetic and excellent at her job; a real asset to the Blueline Taxis Company. You are very lucky to have her!

"We booked an accessible cab on line 4…"

We booked an accessible cab on line 4 hours before pickup to get my mom home. There could be no doubt that Blueline was aware when and where we needed pick up. They left us cooling our heels telling us they did not have enough drivers available. With 4 hours lead time how could they possibly not have a driver arranged and leave an elderly lady in a wheelchair stranded!

"A tour of Hereford "

I was picked up from Munstone area & was travelling to Moor Farm. The driver struggled to find the property to pick me up, which is usually the case. However, instead of going a direct route down Roman Road, he took me towards College Rd, down Edgar St & up Whitecross rd. I still don’t know why he went this route when his phone was directing him to go the way he should’ve. £12.40 later, I made it home 😊 wouldn’t recommend again.

"0 stars if I could"

0 stars if I could. When I got out of the taxi I realised my jeans were wet, the backseat was wet with urine, I pointed this out to the driver but he didn’t offer any apology, the fare was £21,I had to go back home in another taxi and change my clothes as I was meeting people for a works day out.
I ordered another taxi later that night, booked taxi for 9pm he arrived about 9.35, and when I looked his phone it looked as though he had added £3.33 waiting time charge, he was late not me, we went through the Tyne tunnel and he was going to add extra until I pointed out he had already added a charge, I felt as though he tried to add it twice . I won’t be using Blue Line again.

If there was a minus star id give them this they couldnt give a dam I ordered one the night before for the next morning to get to work didn't turn up it's a shame as some nice drivers it's the office I believe shocking attitude

"Missed my Train because of late pickup - Shambles!"

Booked taxi at 11.15am to pick up at 4.15pm in order to catch a train at 4.45pm (the journey is about 15 minutes). After various drivers being allocated the journey (I could see that happening on the App) I was eventually picked up just after 4.30pm….guess what I missed the train. My advice use Uber or Deans Taxi service.

"Intentionally choosing the heavier traffic route"

Beware, drivers are purposely taking the route where is more traffic instead the one recommended when chosing a route so they can charge you on 'waiting time' which is when the car goes slower. When you ask them why they did take that route instead the one recommended they tell you they know better and you end up being late every time and pay more because of that!!! How do you expect to have returning customers if you have this approach??

"Bad service"

Absolutely disgraceful booked a taxi last night 18th nov as had an appointment today 19th so gave plenty of notice still arrived 40mins late never be using them again they used to be a reliable service but not anymore
