"Inappropriate driver behaviour towards children."

On the 11 Nov 2024 at 0910, my 16 year old daughter and her friend were making their way from Newcastle Central Station to Newcastle College. As they walked along the pavement, the driver of Blueline Taxi, with License No 4903, began sounding his horn at these children and blowing kisses suggestively at them. Surely this is inappropriate behaviour towards young people by someone that is meant to be providing a service to members of the public.

I sincerely hope that this is not one of the DBS cleared drivers that provide support to the Local Authorities in transporting young and vulnerable people around the area, as such behaviour is indicative of potential problems.

"Great experience"

Great experience. Pre booked a return taxi for Saturday evening . Taxi came exactly on time . Professional friendly driver. Great communication too. Would book with confidence again knowing how great this taxi company is.

"Almost got into an accident on the…"

Almost got into an accident on the highway bc the driver was so reckless and decided to change 2 lanes at a time into another car. Thanks god the other car stopped in time. DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
I’m still in shock after .. this is horrible
Please be responsible and diligent drivers, if you can’t, don’t drive!!!

Rang for a taxi and was told ten minutes ten minutes past rang back to be told 4 minutes waited rang back to b told another 4 minutes eventually turned up half hr late AVOID

"School run"

Had school run booked for my daughter, for 4 days this week, taxi did not turn up. When my wife called company, said they did not have anything booked, even though it was booked over a week ago, and that they had no drivers available, and couldn't tell drivers when to start work? My daughter ended up being late for school as a result. Driver finally turned up late after my daughter had got a lift with a neighbour. Deserves zero stars, rude staff and unreliable service, will never attempt to use again.

"If I could give a nil star review I…"

If I could give a nil star review I would. They make up prices for the fare Just by looking at the clients. Example. I was on my own I got a taxi with 23 from just outside Hartlepool to Hartlepool marina, cost £7.20. Couldn’t get a taxi back with 23 as they where busy. So decided to try 22. Bad move! Because I didn’t have cash driver said would stop at garage (which he was passing anyway) great! My fare at drop off was £12.40 ? I questioned this just to be told look at his phone? Really didn’t understand? But because I was a
Women on my own i paid and didn’t argue. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM.

"Terrible "

Booked a blueline taxi with 4 hrs notice & received a call from the driver asking if I was paying cash or card with 5mins of the arrival time i had stated & was told he wasn't available when I said card. Sounded like he was only interested in taking job's that suuted him. I'll never use them again as absolute shocking experience

"Not good"

Used this firm for years but they've recently been terrible. Latest booking, he turned up early, rang twice to find out where we were, which being as he was 10 minutes early we were still getting ready. Then he scolded me for not using the app, the website doesn't add on the airport charge so I had to pay that. Like that's not my fault? Then, later, they rang saying my payment had failed. I checked, it hadn't. They insisted it had, so I had to ring my bank, who confirmed my account had been debited. Blueline managed to locate the payment but didn't apologise or acknowledge my complaint. Won't be using again.
