"0 stars. Locked in car, late taxi and TERRIBLE customer service!!!!"
I would give this company 0 stars if that was possible. First of all I booked a taxi for 10:45pm and it did not turn up until 12:05am. So was almost an hour and a half late from my pickup time. When I called to see where my taxi was multiple times I was told it would be "10-15 minutes" the customer service advisor then continued to change what she was saying one minute "there were two drivers in the area and one would be on its way now" then that "there are no drivers in the area at all". The customer service was disgusting the advisor was very very rude and did not once apologise for the lateness and inconvience. When the taxi finally came and we were home and about to get out the driver proceeded to lock us in the car saying we had not paid, we had however prepaid when we made the booking online. We showed him the online banking but he did not care. He contined to lock the doors when we tried to leave saying we needed to pay again. He could not get in touch with anyone in the team to confirm our payment so out of complete frustration we paid again because by this point we were 2 hours late getting home. So we were charged twice for a 25 pound taxi. DISGUSTING customer service DO NOT USE. Please use local!!!

Pre booked taxi after event in Sunderland and had a no show and when you called them they tell you it’s been cancelled, challenged the guy on the phone as to why, “ well it just has and there is no other cars for an hour ". Well I know it’s going to be busy so that’s why I pre booked. Shocking service that leave people stranded

"I’d give zero if I could"
I’d give zero if I could . Second time in a row the automated service has said you taxi will arrive “shortly” what does that mean ?! A company based on timings states shortly . Which means a second phone call to talk to someone to find out what “shortly” means . I’ve dealt with this company for years . They’ve been utterly rubbish for years clearly run by plebs who ultimately don’t care and are driven by greed as they take over local taxi services who were decent and reliable . Avoid them. Ur taxi will arrive shortly

Out of 2 blue line taxis booked two and from the airport, one didn’t turn up and the other charged us £15 more than quoted after going the long way round.
Tried to call to speak to their manager but they were too busy to speak to me and never called me back

"Blue Line Ruined My Holiday"
I recently had a terrible experience with Blue Line Taxi that has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Not only did one of their drivers recklessly reverse into my garage door, causing extensive damage, but the company has also shown a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. I am appalled by their negligence, as well as their failure to offer any form of apology, compensation, or assistance.
The incident with Blue Line Taxi occurred when one of their drivers carelessly collided with my garage door, completely destroying it. The impact was severe, rendering the door unusable and leaving me unable to access my belongings stored inside. The inconvenience this caused was unimaginable, especially since I had a planned holiday coming up. Due to the unavailability of my belongings, I was left with no choice but to cancel my trip, resulting in additional disappointment and financial loss.
Despite my immediate efforts to report the incident and seek resolution from Blue Line Taxi, they have shown no interest in taking responsibility for their driver's actions. The lack of an apology or even a basic acknowledgment of their mistake is truly disheartening. They have not offered any compensation for the damages caused, moreover asked me to claim on my own household insurance, why would anybody do that? To pay an excess and have a higher premium on the renewal date – a frankly stupid and selfish suggestion on the part of Blue Line.
Moreover, the absence of any action or assistance from Blue Line Taxi further highlights their disregard for people It is evident that they prioritize their own convenience and profit over the well-being and rights of people. Their negligent attitude and unwillingness to address the situation demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and empathy.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Blue Line Taxi to anyone. Their failure to take responsibility for their driver's actions and provide appropriate compensation is simply unacceptable. A company that treats people in such a callous manner does not deserve the trust or patronage of anyone seeking reliable transportation services.
In conclusion, Blue Line Taxi's lack of apology, compensation, and action after their driver damaged my garage door has caused significant inconvenience and forced the cancellation of my holiday.
As such I will be seeking a remedy in the near future to have this matter resolved in my favor

"Avoid unless you want a taxi that turns up 20 minutes late and is too small"
Booked a 6 seater taxi the day before we needed it. What we received was a taxi that turned up 20 minutes late that was not a 6 seater. Absolutely useless and when I tried to ring them I was just put through to a recorded message to say we are trying to locate a driver.

Went home in taxi suppose to charge me £5 but instead charged me £6, gave him a tenner and never gave me my change just took the tenner and told me get out of his car. Then reversed watched me walk into my house

"Out to rip you off"
Won't be using again. I don't know what has happened to Blueline, they used to be quite reputable, but now they're only out to rip you off. The amount of times lately that the blueline taxi I have been in has deliberately driven the long way around, or has even passed my destination to then do a longer loop back around is ridiculous. This probably works on those who don't really know their way around, but for me it's obvious that they try to prolong the journey as much as they can for more pay.

"Disgusting useless company…"
Didn't want to give 1 star rating absolutely disgraceful company prebooked a taxi for 6pm as I needed to be home to administer medication at 7pm. Started ringing company from 6.15pm to see where the taxi was to be told its on route as time got on I rang again and explained why I needed to be home and had been waiting 50 minutes by this point. The ignorant call handler just laughed down the telephone I went on to say I refuse to pay fare he said "do what you want it doesn't come to me anyway". The taxi arrived at 6.50pm and the driver told me he had only just been given the job. It is absolutely disgusting way to run a business and I will be posting this all over social media to make sure this shoddy company lose business. Just like to add I was late to administer medication.
