"Useless"

Useless. Precooked taxi day before, 10 mins late I rang, sorry we are busy, roads are busy. Pathetic excuse tis why I precooked!! Another 10 mins later still nothing despite being told next in queue. Had my appointment cancelled as now too late to get there. Never use blueline again. Not even an apology when I cancelled it.

I booked a cab on the app for 10.30. We were enjoying our evening so I rescheduled on the app to 11.00 PM.

The first booking was for one cab. When I rebooked, unknown to me at the time, it allocated two cabs. So they sent two taxis.

Of course we took the one taxi home but they have charged me for the second taxi, a fiver even though I did not book a second taxi. I just simply pushed the first taxi back half an hour.

The first driver said it happened quite regularly.

I have used them regularly for several years without an issue but the app seems to be a problem recently and the service seems to be going backwards.

No chance of a refund as they have your card details via the app too.

"Don't believe the price quoted on line"

Booked on line for 11pm pick up and to be fair the driver was pretty well on time-when booking we were quoted £36.70 for the journey-the booking tells you the journey length and they obviously know the cost per mile-only to be told at the end of the journey this was an estimate and the actual cost was £43.60-the driver even had the original price showing on his meter but chose to disregard it.
Basically add 20% to the price they quote on line or alternatively use Uber like I will in future

"Worst taxi service"

I had wanted to try local taxis as wanted to support local business as opposed to uber and or bolt. Big mistake doing this with blueline. Really gives local taxis a bad name.
The driver went to the wrong place and then as i couldn't get there, charged me as if i took the whole trip. What's worse, i called customer service and although i received one email, have not heard back from them for 2 weeks.
STAY AWAY.

"1 at best"

1 at best, took our order and then cancelled a taxi after we weren’t there at 1 minute past. For context, another taxi sat and waited for 15 minutes.

"Over an hour late"

Pre booked a taxi for 11.30pm and ended up waiting in the cold for an hour for it to finally turn up at about 12.30am, only after I complained. This wouldn’t have been so bad if the recorded message when we rang didn’t keep telling us it was on its way, so we couldn’t book another one. We were an hour late back for our babysitter. I’m glad I wasn’t waiting by myself anywhere dodgy. Will not be using Blueline again and would recommend that no one else does either.

"Just been picked up from cruddas Park…"

Just been picked up from cruddas Park to go to seaton burn and the driver was driven on wrong side of road so I told him yo get on right side he pulled over 2 mile from my home after I had paid 19pound upfront he told me to get out just because I told him he was endangering our lives he wouldn't take me home phoned police making outrageous lies up saying i ried to punch him and I had to walk the remainder of the journey I would like your company to ask for his dash cam footage and someone from your company to get back intouch with me thankyou

"Actually awful!"

awful! I am left shaken after been literally made to feel so worried off a taxi driver. I paid on the Blueline app the taxi driver started kicking off saying I hadn’t paid. It was pouring down raining and I had a 3 year old and 6 month old with me. He wouldn’t let me pay again on card (because I was willing to pay AGAIN at this point because I was scared) and he said I had to pay cash but I had none and we were right outside my house.
He then let me out the car and 2 weeks later knocked on my door 6pm at night whilst I’m
Bathing my children, asking for £6 refusing to leave. I ended up having to transfer it to him to get him to leave my property (I don’t carry cash). Absolutely been robbed I’ve paid altogether £11 for a ONE MILE taxi trip and been left shaken knowing that this man knows where I live with my two babies. Please avoid this company 😭 this was my first ever time getting a taxi with my children purely because my car was in the garage I will never ever do it again he’s totally preyed on my vulnerablity.

"Don't use if you're in a hurry"

Booked and paid for taxi online. Never turned up and couldn't contact anyone to find out expected time. Not impressed and not easy to cancel either. Had to resort to paying an airport taxi to get home.

"Absolutely appalling service"

Absolutely appalling service failed to turn and phoned me 30 minutes after booking time to say they’d be unable to provide a pre booked taxi also said they wouldn’t be able to do the return journey I’d give no star if I could. Disgusting company
