Booked 24 hrs in advance had the booking confirmed only for the taxi not to turn up when I rang they kept saying we are still looking for a driver in your area ! What they don't tell you is they take your booking then tender the job to see if anyone wants to do it if they don't your taxi is not turning up bu they won't warn you that's no good to a booking customer one thing a taxi co needs to be is reliable these are utter cr@p. Avoid at all costs. Just look at the other reviews. Wish I had !

Multiple issues.
The app takes an authorisation hold, but doesn’t charge the authorisation, and creates a new transaction. This leaves the customer with a double charge until the hold is automatically released. Support didn’t know anything about it.
They supposedly have an automatic system for waiting charges, but this is either a broken system, or intentionally overcharging.
I saw my taxi I booked approach, and it was in traffic lights, when it got to the pickup point I got in immediately and got charged a waiting fee.
During contact with support, they didn’t seem to read my full message to answer a query, and then just stopped responding.
Not to mention the insane speeds that the drivers travel at. Way above the legal limit.
Just use Uber. At least their app works.

"Probably one of the worst taxi firms…"
Probably one of the worst taxi firms ever. Ordered a taxi to catch a train this morning last night. Checked app 2 minutes before taxi due. Automated service tells me they are still searching for a driver with no estimated time of finding one. This is not the first time they have done this but is likely to be the last time I use them.

"Rubbish"
Did not turn uo, when called we were told it would be with bus in 10-15 minutes. We called again and were told our taxi had been cancelled. I called back to query our return booking ay 2230hrs to be told this was also cancelled by the system!! No apology. No email or phone calls to inform us of the cancellation. Absolute rubbish customer service and service in general.

"Beware………thieves!"
Fare cost £31.80 which was paid for via Apple Pay at destination. Taxi driver insisted payment had not gone through, paid again via card. Both payment's cleared from bank. Several phone calls and emails over 6 weeks to Blueline with NO-ONE getting back to me, keep getting fobbed off with how busy they are and someone will call. They never call! I am now going through OMBUDSMAN route to claim my money back. I will never travel with Blueline again.£31.80 in a cost of living crisis is disgusting. You ought to be ashamed BLUELINE!!!

"Shocking system"
Shocking system. Booked for 7.45. Rang at 7.55 to be told “trying to allocate a driver and don’t know how long it would be”. Ended up driving instead! Seems like they just accept all bookings then it’s a lottery if there is actually a taxi available. Cannot possibly be legal. Wonder how long before someone gets attacked walking home because the taxi doesn’t show up

"Don't accept booking if you can't do the run"
Booked a taxi for 8pm and at 7.57pm the called to cancel as they didn't have drivers in the area. Why accept a booking if they can't do it? Also it meant there was no chance of booking another taxi as its was too late to phone anyone else. Horrendous service. Do not use of you want to be able to get home.

Booked Blueline Birtley around 6pm for an 8.45pm pick up .. got a call at 8.55 to say the driver had cancelled the fare! Had to walk home alone in the dark, safeguarding issue, vulnerable female etc. Will never use this company again. Shameful.
