Très décevant !
Commande du 11novembre toujours non livrée ! Aucune nouvelle ni de Reuter ni du transporteur !
Je suis très agacée, quel manque de professionnalisme, quel manque de respect du client !
Je ne recommanderais plus chez eux

"Returns process is ridiculous"

Pray the item received is fine as their returns process is a joke. I have been waiting a month for UPS to collect the parcel, which once Reuter receive, they will send the replacement ... My bathroom is no closer to getting a washbasin and in retrospect, should have used a local company

"SAV très décevant à fuir"

Commande passée pour deux colonnes de douche. Le plombier monte les deux. La première ok tout va bien, la deuxième Grohe smart control, mitigeur défectueux, ça fuit partout sur un des 3 boutons de commande. Demande de SAV faite le 22/08/2022(sav RV22-0058859); On me fait signer un papier comme quoi un technicien grohe va venir sur place et que le déplacement sera à ma charge si cela vient d'un mauvais montage... Mais j'attends toujours la visite du technicien, malgré mais relances du 05,08,15,20, Septembre et 08 et 17 octobre. Le sav dit ne fonctionner que par email, mais ils ne répondent pas aux emails et lorsqu'on appelle, ils sont très agréables au téléphone mais disent simplement qu'ils vont transmettre au collègue du sav qui gère mon dossier (lamine Dieng) ce dernier fini par envoyer un mail disant qu'il relance le fournisseur...et rien ne se passe!
Quasiment deux mois sans une douche utilisable... J'avais déjà commandé auparavant tout s'était bien passé, mais voilà il ne faut avoir aucun problème sur la marchandise, au final l'économie faite sur la marchandise ne vaut peut être pas la somme de tracasseries...

"No customer service, incorrect order sent"

I used Reuter 12 years ago and they were excellent so I never looked at review this time when I played my order.
The order has taken months to get into stock but I understand it was a supply problem. Delighted when I was notified order had shipped! order arrived and non of the items in it are mine!!!! I have plumbers booked for next week and cannot get to speak to anyone to confirm if they still have my order or where it is. I was directed to email the reklamation dept which I have don, but I need an urgent reply and they have previously taken days to answer emails if at all. I've spent over 11,000 euro on goods!!! so disappointed. I would avoid this company too as customer service is abysmal

"A surreal experience"

A surreal experience. I wanted to order a bathtub, faucets and accessoires for delivery to Portugal. I can't find clear info on the delivery times outside of Germany so I decide to call the phonenumber listed on the website, that is fully in English. I several times get an automated message in English and after waiting a short while I am transfered to a person. She informs me, seemingly offended I even asked, she speaks very little English and tells me there are no colleagues that do speak English. When I try to inform about delivery times, she makes a guess and when I try to get more clearity she laughs very loudly at some of my questions. Questions I thought were normal, such as "is the 2 weeks a guarantee or a minimum that can that turn in to 2 months?" or "if you don't know, can you tell me what freight carrier you use, so I can contact them for more info?". When she eventually, with the most annoyed voice she can muster up (or maybe she has a larger range, I don't know her), tells me she will have a colleague with better English call me back and I ask when I can expect such a call, she again starts to laugh loudly (as if I am asking her something completely insane). I don't think I have ever experienced such a surreal customer call. Needless to say we have decided to order our products somewhere else.

"AVOID - service used to be good but not anymore"

AVOID! The service of this company has become so bad.
I have ordered 2 tabs (Grohe blue) for Continental Europe - 6 weeks later, 1 finally arrived by was not the item ordered...the other has not.

They want me to send them back the one I have received without receiving the right one I ordered, not mentionning that I have no tap.

No comment!

"Purchased 3 sofa beds, its been 5 months & still no delivery date"

I purchased 3 sofa beds that I required for my summer business from reuter back in mid February. On the website is said they were in stock and would be delivered in approximately 3-5 weeks. Here I am over 5 months later with no products. I was charged in full over €3k upon ordering and frustratingly they still haven't arrived. I have emailed many times to get a date for delivery yet have had no real indication when I can expect them. The entire time they are still listed on reuter as being in stock with approx delivery in 3-5 weeks. This is intentionally misleading customers who they will gladly take large sums of money from, having no idea when they might be able to fulfil the order. I can't even plan a summer holiday in case they are dispatched and arrive when we are away. A poor company to deal with, unless you don't mind paying for something and receiving it any random time months or years later, give this company a miss.

"Pas recommandable."

- Commande passé le 24 janv
- Commande reçu le 21 mars (erreur de couleur et vasque cassée, on fait repartir)
- Le 29 avril soit plus d'un mois après il viennent récupérer leur meuble défaillant.
- On m'annonce une date pour le meuble à la bonne couleur la semaine 23 (6 au 12 juin), puis semaine 24 (du 13 au 19 juin), puis semaine 25 (du 20 au 26 juin) et aujourd'hui je reçois un mail qui me dit qu'il vont procéder à un avoir.
Du 24 janv au 24 juin pour .. rien. On se fait envoyer balader au téléphone, ils ne sont pas en mesure d'honorer le service qu'ils proposent.
Si vous lisez cet avis avant de passer commande, faites le ailleurs, sinon good luck !

"Arnaque"

Arnaque : article très cher de mauvaise qualité + SAV déplorable !!! A fuir absolument !

Cela fait quasiment une année que nous avons commandé un meuble sdb avec vasque . les délais de livraison non respectés hyper long , nous avons dû constamment relancer pour avoir des nouvelles ... soit disant notre commande avait été réceptionnée au dépôt plusieurs fois endommagée . Quelques mois plus tard nous recevons enfin à domicile notre vasque fissurée INUTILISABLE .
Deuxième commande expédiée deuxième fois vasque fissurée INUTILISABLE .. Excédés nous demandons le remboursement de notre commande mais le service client est déplorable Commande RE-1759855 / RE.RV22-0010293
