"Superb customer service and products"

I had a couple orders that were pending during the transition from Gen 1 to Gen 2 and they seemed to be stuck in the system.
Once I pointed them out to customer service, they were apologetic and fixed the issue immediately.
Always polite and friendly.
I really enjoy the service and products from MagFast. I hope more and more people find out about this great company.

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!"

As the title says, this company is a complete scam and I don't understand how they're still operating. I ordered $140 worth of items in May of 2020. Never got them. Every time I reached out to the company it was, "please be patient", "we appreciate your patience", "we're about to send out orders", etc. We're now almost FIVE YEARS LATER and still nothing. The last time I checked (about 6 months ago), they said they don't want anyone to apply for a refund, "Refund claims deplete the very funds we need to build the products. Full details of next steps will be posted here shortly - please refrain from contacting customer care meanwhile." Followed by a long sob story.

"If you’ve pre-ordered anything from us that hasn’t yet been shipped, MAGFAST will provide you vouchers to the equivalent of DOUBLE the value of your order. You’ll be able to redeem those vouchers for existing products or for MAGFAST’s next-generation chargers."

Okay, so I can use the voucher to get something equivalent, right? Nope. Here's the next statement:

"You won’t be able to redeem them for 100% of the value of your new order - that would kill the company - which I know no one wants. But you will be able to get at least 50% off any of the new MAGFAST product range. And you’ll be able to spend double your original purchase."

So I've ALREADY given them $140 and instead of providing me product, or an even voucher swap, they want me to give them MORE MONEY to MAYBE get "new" products??

At the very least, IF there's anyone who's actually received anything from them, it took forever to get it, so any 5-star reviews are probably fake. If this saves anyone from losing their money, that's one less person scammed.

"Ordered over $200 and never received…"

Ordered over $200 and never received them. It was over 4 1/2 years from the time I placed the order until the time I was refunded. I’m just relieved I was refunded! I have seen on other forums that others were not so fortunate as to receive a refund. It definitely took awhile to get mine. This company is shady and should be shut down and probably have charges brought against the heads of the company for fraud. Do NOT trust them. And definitely do NOT give them your money!

"Horrible Experience!"

On the surface this company presents itself as the greatest thing since sliced bread but I’m here to tell you, all that glitters isn’t gold, more like tin.

To clarify I ordered their Gen 1 charger products from them in 2019 along with one or two other items but we found out last Summer (2024), yes that’s 5 long years later that a lot of those products have been discontinued due to how long it takes to make them. You would think this would’ve been discovered after a few months but perhaps it was and they just wanted to string us along with hopes of actually getting the products. To pacify its customers they credited accounts with MAGBucks that could be redeemed with their existing products. Problem for me is I do not want or need $1,500 worth of chargers at a 50% discounted rate! So wait I’m paying extra for something I didn’t ask for? This is not a win for me and I’m very annoyed and disappointed.

I feel like this company has over saturated their customer with these many, many, MANY calendar invites that they want us to be excited about, but as a full time working employee I just don’t have time to fully digest all the information they provide. Having said that I’ve actually attended many, many, MANY of these invites and frankly I’m in information overload and at this point extremely frustrated, disappointed and underwhelmed!

When I first heard about MAGFAST I was definitely excited! Loved the product and its design & simplistic features. I even invested in this company, I believe in 2022 & not only did I not see a return on my investment, there is no record showing what happened to my investment at all!


My feeling after all is said and done is I’m done pretending this is a great company and while their products might be great I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth and do not recommend them based solely on my experience thus far.

Oh and where’s my limited edition air product in red? They are the absolute worst in making good on promised orders and it’s not like this stuff is free.

"Magfast pre-orders are nothing but a scam. Stay away!"

I placed a pre-order on July 27, 2019. After years of lies and excuses with no product delivered, I have finally reported them to the FTC. Even if they ever do make a great product, I wouldn't deal with these shady characters or give them one cent. As of today, I still haven't gotten my pre-ordered product.

"SCAM company keeps your money and sends out no products"

Out of all the products I preordered, starting in 2019, the only thing I got for my money was a "Hello Kit" which was part of my original Pro Kit order in 2019. Everything I preordered such as the non existent Heathrow luggage have not been sent out. They offered "Magbucks" for all the unsent products to everyone, but the catch with them is when and if they ever product the new "Gen2" products you can only use the Magbucks for 50% of the value of the products. They want people to pay another 50% to get products that have already been paid for and never got. This is a big SCAM, and if you want your money back for products never received, you get a runaround about how it would cause them to not have to money to product the 'new' products to send out. They have had everyone's money for several years and they shouldn't have squandered it, like sending one of their Customer Service people all over the world to show how "great" the Heathrow luggage is going to be when they send it out. They never produced it to send it out. I scraped up the money to order one of the Teal blue ones, and they said it was going to be sent out in 6 month. It was all a lie. They never sent out any of it.
They won't give back the money unless you threaten to report it to your state's Attorney General. I could really use all the money I spent on non existent products that were promised. Any other company that sells products and never sends them out is labeled criminals.
Anyone giving a great rating about their Heathrow is probably an employee and submitting a fake review of a product that was never produced.

"Multiple pre-purchase and investment-STIFFED"

I've done multiple pre-purchase. Invested in 3 rounds of share offerings. As a "loyal" investor I was promised a set of limited edition air chargers. I have been given the runaround since Nov of 2023 and I still have nothing and they've stopped responding completely.
