I purchased a home from Crest in February 2024, and I had a fantastic experience with the sales team. Unfortunately, the customer service over the past year has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been a major issue, with emails frequently ignored, scheduled tradespeople failing to show up, and important concerns being dismissed as ‘non-emergencies’ without resolution. This lack of support has been frustrating and has significantly impacted my overall experience

We have reserved a property at Nobel Park in Didcot and have been visiting them from their site launch last year. I've been really impressed with their team.
