I had an issue with the lid of one of their infusers and reached out for help. Sarann went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and proactive in resolving my problem. Despite not having received the replacement part yet, she quickly found a spare lid for me and arranged to send it directly to my home address. Her excellent communication and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction made this experience truly outstanding. Thank you, Sarann, for your exceptional service! I highly recommend their products and customer support team.

Placed an order for a christmas present on 22nd December to be collected from my local store on 24th December.
Whittards website showed the order, but not if it had been dispatched.
I did get an email from TNT to say it was to be delivered as expected.
Had no further updates from either Whittards or TNT.
Rang the Meadowhall store on the 24th to be told it hadn't arrived.
Couldn't get in touch with Whittards, but did manage to speak to TNT to find out my order hadn't even been passed to them.
Spoke to Whittards yesterday (2nd January) to be told they will place another order and it would be delivered to my home address today.
Got an email to confirm my new order. But, it's not showing on the website and I have had no emails since and still no delivery. Have waited in all day. Now can't get in touch with anyone.
Products are lovely, but losing faith in them now.

"Suboptimal"
Ordered something online, parcel arrived and was missing 2 items. Emailed as it was meant to be a gift, so I need the missing items sent out. No response yet during the day so messaged their online chat - told that the items were not in stock so they were taken off the order. I was meant to have gotten an email about it and a refund soon, but I didn’t get any communication about it.
Their hot chocolate was very good though, hence us getting some as gifts. Just unreliable if you want to buy someone a gift online, maybe better to get some in the store if there’s one near you.

Salted caramel hot chocolate is delicious so brought some for my mum for Christmas from a store, she found the tub had already been opened so I contacted customer services and Sarann replied, who was excellent and helped sort a replacement for my mum in a quick and friendly manner. Thanks so much!

"I'm a huge coffe fan."
I'm a huge coffe fan and like to consider myself a bit of a connoisseur. I found that I really like the Guatemalan Elephant. Recently, I bought 500 grams in store and for some reason? I weighed it when I got home and surprisingly found it was 75 grams short of the 500. In fairness to Whittards, they responded quickly when I contacted customer support and corrected the problem immediately. It does leave a slight sense of mistrust in it's wake though.
I have purchased from them again in the store with not issue and also registered on line. However, I am frankly amazed at the number of emails I've been getting from them since then. It's bordering on spam and in fact, I've tried to unsubscribe with not much luck. Emails on Christmas day is not the best way to encourage customer support in my opinion. I've been getting promo emails from them pretty much every day and I honestly don't think this level of contact is necessary.
I do like the coffe but, come on Whittards. Enough!

Love the product, one of the best hot chocolates out there and a Christmas necessity!
The customer service is also brilliant. A minor issue with the product (that did not reduce enjoyment in the slightest) was expertly, quickly, and sympathetically dealt with by Sarann over email with no hassle at all.
Overall, couldn’t be happier with the delicious hot chocolate and customer service!
