"Not paying out trade in!"

Sent my camera in for trade in. Waited weeks and provided all the necessary documents they asked for, Waited many more weeks for a resolution but they refusing to pay as they are claiming that "it was dropped in a different state" when in reality it was dropped near state lines and scanned in at the state. I provided additional documents and proof but they are still stalling and refusing to pay me out.

I lost my camera to them now and very disappointed and displeased by their service, Would not recommend their Adorama trade in program. Hopefully they can resolve this as I am still waiting for a definite answer.

"DO NOT PURCHASE USED GEAR HERE!!!!"

I purchased a gimbal for $230 from adorama's used gear. It was rated excellent. It was missing the support bracket, 2 cables, and the tripod legs were broken. The gimbal has so much pan drift, it is not usable. I missed the return window because I was still learning videography (I'm a professional photographer) so I am basically SOL. I called to ask if they test their used gear. The person I spoke with said they test it but didn't even know what pan drift was...rolling my eyes. BUYER BE WARE!!!!! This item should have been rated poor NOT EXCELLENT!!!!! SHAME ON YOU ADORAMA. And guess what...they somehow suppress reviews on google

After a RIDICULOUS fiasco with financing I went straight to B&H and made my purchase. I’ve been an admorama customer for years…you lost me today. At B&H I got the order completed in ONE visit and it’s on it way. . At admorama it took a month to receive my card, then you won’t let me use it until YOU approve it. WTF. You lost a few grand. I’m done- will never be back.

"bad return policy"

Returned a camera one after receiving it. I have been told that it takes 5-7 days. This is the eleven day. They also mentioned charging me a restocking fee which isn't stated in their return policy. I just want my refund which I was going to buy the items in my cart. Unacceptable way to do business and treat your repeat customer.
