"murdered a healthy dog"
Killed a healthy dog when the rescue had duel ownership and would have gladly took the dog back. Just shows you these vets are clueless with rescue dogs. I honestly hope the person who murdered this dog suffers greatly for what you done, you don’t deserve to sleep at night for what you done. All you vets care about is money, whenever an animal needs an extra bit of help you see it as a burden and kill them. Sicko’s!!!

"What is going on with these vets"
What is going on with these vets, have gone downhill, I’ve tried to call all day to book a cat booster only because it says they are fully booked up until October tho I’ve been trying to book since august, then not sending me my 3 monthly flea and worm stuff, twice I’ve had to call and chase, this time I called they sent me a totally different flea stuff I’ve never had before, was advised on box to wear gloves do not inhale and keep away from eyes, no way and I putting on my cats!! Looks like I’ll have to go down and sort this out!!

"Easy rip you off petcare"
I’ve been with this vet for a few years because they used to be a fair price. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore as they jumped on the rip off bandwagon. It’s sad that these vets really don’t care about animals, just the profit. For instance I’ve got a small dog that has to have he’s anal glands done, which take all of about 2mins. They used to charge £9 then within months it went to £18 and now they want £28 per visit. They are robbing us people that are already struggling with the cost of living rises and they are committing daylight robbery.

"Please avoid this place"
Please avoid this place! Don’t be fooled by their advertising as being a low cost vet service! Took my very poorly 14 year old cat to be checked as she was drooling a lot and not cleaning herself as normal. I thought she may have a bad tooth or abscess. I walked into the consultation room room and retrieved her from her pet carrier and the vet said: “eeeeeewwwww - wait let me put some gloves on”. I was mortified at his reaction to my clearly very unwell cat. I found his reaction most insensitive and unprofessional. I was then told that he could definitely feel a lump in her lower jaw and that it was probably a tumour as he could also see the lump protruding under her tongue and that her jaw was broken!he said it’s likely the tumour has grown and pushed her jaw out. He said I could get an X-ray done to see what’s happening with the jaw but that costs £700 and biopsies cost a lot more. I asked him what his opinion was and what he thinks I should do because at this point I was really upset and wasn’t thinking straight from the shocking news and he said it’s totally up to me but given her age it may be that I spend all that money for X-rays and biopsies and still there’s no guarantee at the end of that. He said I could put her to sleep or give her palliative care by giving her pain relief medication. He gave her an injection for the pain and 3ml’s pain relief liquid to take home with me and said I need to decide what I want to do within 24 to 48 hours. I emailed the vets and said that I would like to go with the palliative care option and please could I have a prescription to buy more pain medication - specifying I wanted just the prescription. They then told me it was ready to collect (by this time my cat had run out of medication). When I went to collect they handed me a 15ml bottle and asked for £48. I said no I asked for the prescription as I can buy it online for £12.80. They told me that it was my fault as I hadn’t said the words ‘written prescription’ in my request even though I stated my intention was to buy it online. They told me I would have to wait up to 72 hours for this prescription to be ready. They did not care that my cat was out of pain medication and seemed annoyed that I wasn’t prepared to hand over 4 times the amount of money. I left and emailed them a complaint about this. They emailed me back saying that I did not get back to them about my decision and took no responsibility for anything. My ex partner who I have not been with for 4 years then called me and said the vets had called him saying that my cat only has a dislocated jaw and needs an X-ray and that they have decided not to prescribe the pain meds until I bring my cat in for a follow up appointment. The vet saw my cat a week ago so why would she need a follow up so soon? So not only had they not been reading or replying to my emails but contacted a third party and disclosed my private information telling him a completely different story than what they told me about her condition. So they clearly wanted more money out of me by expecting me to pay another £50 consultation fee, a £700 x-ray (which was apparently my decision to make a week ago). So even though the pain meds had already been authorised previously they took that option away from me and used it against me to try get more money out of me. These people don’t care about helping sick animals they want the money!!!! I’m taking my cat to another vet for a second opinion as I don’t trust these people. I will never return to them ever again! Unprofessional, insensitive, rude and unethical! There should be an option on here for none or negative stars!

"Easi pets Chatham is the worst vets in…"
Easi pets Chatham is the worst vets in the south east. Was left on hold for almost an hour as there was only one member of staff working. This vets should not be operating under these circumstances. Avoid especially if you have a serious issue.

"Awful awful vet that resulted in the…"
Awful awful vet that resulted in the death of a dog that had already been to hell and back. This is Easipetcare in Streatham London. Dusty was a Romanian rescue who lived with his adopter for 4 years, recently she has developed dementia and Dusty started nipping her. With no tests and because he was terrified in the waiting room they said he needed to be killed and euthanised him. The dog had rescue back up and was dual registered and rescue in process of taking back. This poor dog died unnecessarily. The vets here are young and inexperienced, avoid like the plague.

"Great care of our injured pup"
Our labrador puppy had an accident in the park on his evening walk and had to take him to the out of hours vets around the corner he just gave him pain killers.
Next morning our pup wasn't right so called up at 9:30, we were squeezed in at 11:45 where the vet gave a much more in depth consultation than the out of hours one and saw his tooth was cracked in two. Our pup had surgery later that day to remove the tooth as well as xrays (which we insisted on - vet suggested there were no broken bones from his examination (and he was right)). Our pup was back home by 6pm and now acts like nothing ever happened.
All the staff are great and always make a big fuss of our pup, he actually gets super excited whenever he goes.

"Useless and expensive"
Took my cat to Norbury easipet as he had been nauseous and possibly in pain. Expected a quick check up and some advice. The young, inexperienced vet unnecessarily sedated him to take bloods (he’s alway had bloods taken without issue at his usual vets) which left him groggy and confused for 24 hours. They then charged me £600 for the sedation and blood test without any warning!!. I left without any clearer explanation of what was wrong with him other than ‘his bloods are clear’. When I pushed for a reason why he was unwell the vet said ‘maybe it’s a heart issue - this will be untreatable’. She then tried to get me to book him into a very expensive heart scan despite there being no apparent benefit. I’m booking him into our normal vet next week. Avoid this vet surgery.
