"Avoid east pet care Norbury"
Avoid east pet care Norbury. Took in my dog as an emergency as she had a grass seed in her paw and we were away from home. The vet who examined her said that she had a heart murmur and they would have to operate to remove under general anaesthetic. Took her back to my usual vet examined her on 2 occasions and said no sign of a heart murmur. Felt they were out only to make money and my dog had unnecessary heavy sedation. Gave me anti- biotic sin a paper bag with no box so tgey crumbled as were made damp by air. Charged me £825 for shoddy work.

"Easipets ❤️"
I'm not sure why Easipets are getting bad reviews. As I qualify I stead I took my elderly cat to the PDSA. Saw a vet nurse, she couldn't get rid of us fast enough! Now on the phone to book an appointment at Easipets Chatham for a second opinion- couldn't be more helpful. It's Tuesday today and they've booked an appointment for Thursday morning. Imo the 'customer service' is great. I'm so worried about my cat, can't wait to see a vet who will listen to my concerns.
Easipet Chatham, I couldn't be happier with you ❤️

"Avoid the company and Samuel Hall like the plague"
I have attempted to resolve issues privately for coming close to 4 months. They are a pathetic excuse of a Vets practice, and I can say this reassuringly after experiencing positive and effective veterinary care since switch practice. Samuel Hall is a coward, a pathetic excuse of a man and is more interested in hiding than being a genuinely caring practitioner. This isn’t a post from a bitter person at all, and all of my communications with them including their internal ‘impartial’ service, is actually a closed shop to protect themselves and not actually aim to be a customer service led business at all. They do not follow their own practice guidelines when it comes to charges to their customers, communication is poor/non-existent. The communication and perception of situations are just embarrassing. Emotions aside to what has happened to my poor cat that has resulted in her eye being taken out and subsequently deteriorated and has now been put down. DO NOT GOT TO EASIPETCARE Chatham or Dartford. Under the stewardship of Samuel Hall, you may get lucky with some positive service, but I can tell you from experience of being a customer of theirs and now not, there are better Vets out there. Someone who comes from Canterbury and a family man of young children, I would expect much better.

"Easipetcare Chatham"
Easipetcare Chatham
Be careful of these vets, charged me more money from my card than was sent to my petcare plan.
I have to report the transaction to my bank as fraud. was charged £120 for a consultation and treatment plan, with possible x-rays to follow, and asked to get pre cover for this by vet. When I went to pay for this, I was first charged the sum for consultation and an anti-inflammatory course. I submitted it to Petplan, but only when the vet input the costs as claim, they only put in £90.00. When I received this, I contacted the branch, spent 30 minutes on the phone, they knew nothing at the front desk, saying I don't know, kept going to see a financial person who manages claims, then told me there had been an outstanding balance on the account, I don't have an account with them? I asked for an itemized bill, when I paid, I asked again a week later and now I have filled in the complaint form, plus two emails and still have not got an itemized receipt. I asked to speak to the financial person, but they refused and said going to a meeting, I asked them to contact me when they come out, but they have not bothered, a week later, I'm still waiting. Bank is now investigating and has held the whole sum I have paid back, they never mentioned anything to me about outstanding accounts sum when I paid. They never mentioned anything about ongoing pre-authorization for x-rays to my insurer either, who has had to write back to them again and has advised their claims dept has not responded to any of it. Avoid like the plague, very dodgy.

"rip-off"
visited easipetcare dartford on the 19th June2023 with my dog who had a grass seen in her ear, the vet said she would have to be sedated.
He told me this would cost £500, When i returned to pick up my dog the bill had gone up to £833 they are a total rip-off

"Most expensive Vets in Area"
I had a very old Shih Tzu for which I needed some pain relief - the vet showed no compassion or friendliness towards the dog, so when he went to grab an almost blind dog, she snapped so insisted on putting a muzzle on a nose less dog, so tight it was almost in her eyes. Therefore when I had to put her down I did not want this same attitude to my pet, so shopped around to find Easipet cost of £188 was almost £100 more than others in the area. The cost of prescriptions is also more expensive, so Easipet is one of the most expensive not the cheapest as their claim.

"Discusting experience with the derby…"
Discusting experience with the derby branch, paid for a puppy pack on advance, was advised by the vet himself to book 2nd.jabs within 4 weeks... So we did then to be told were too late they should've been done 2-4 weeks after first lot so now having to retake the whole course of jabs elsewhere, also booked appointments with proof mean nothing... Staff rude and I helpful not sympathetic in any way. Stay clear of you want a healthy pet and not to be ripped off.

"Stay away from this rubbish vet"
I've been customer for 7 years but in last year customer service experience is become dreadful. I've been calling in for 8 consecutive days to get my kittens booked in for vaccinations and all I'm hearing we can't do it now because we are short of staff and I'm trying.
When I did come in clinic for vaccinations of my other cats this year I had to wait over 1 hour to be seen and another hour to get cats Flea and worming treatment. And pay.
Staff is actually very young and are complaining in too busy hours and bad working conditions appart of fact not being even able to carry forward health check.
I would definitely recommend to everyone to stay away from this clinic.
I'm definitely will consider myself to go with another vet clinic after last 2 years of very very bad customer service and quality.
