Does anyone have any contacts for this Company as they seem to have gone out of business. Just wondering if they have been taken over or offering any technical advice. Thanks in advance.

If I could I would give this company 10 stars plus and award same to Sean Akhtar who I had pleasure of dealing with over a 6 month period . I went through wanting gas then electric then log burner and couldn’t decide so many phone calls later I made decision that gas was the right choice for me . Then we had issues with the chimney and flue ( long story ) so my partner started speaking with Sean for technical advice . Sean in my opinion went over and above and gave precise info then drawings of what we would have to do with n preparation for fire and always spent time explaining. I paid for fire yesterday and looking forward to its arrival . Sean is probably happy as well as I know we took up a lot of his time but we would recommend him to anyone we know who is looking for a fire . Prior to retiring i was in customer service industry and if I could have employed people like Sean I would have been in ver the moon and wish him luck in the Future

Extremely easy transaction and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Also very accommodating in delaying delivery by a few weeks to suit my situation.
This is the second fire I have bought from this company. The first one being some years ago.

Further to your reply - you are incorrect and need to speak to Gavin - I have contacted him on a number of occasions and also advised him that the fire had very little use and when we wanted to use it it didn't work for one reason or another - as we have said before the fire has been serviced and repaired by experienced people and they have all said the same, that the fire is terrible. We don't want the part but as I understand it the part we want is £230, which you were happy to give me free of charge if I took down the review - so who is holding who to ransom? The other reviews I mentioned are fires bought directly from you, so look at them and find out
