"Keep Up the Good Work"

My experiences to date have been all great. It is easy to reorder meals on line, the delivery is always on time and the meals are always fresh, tasty and healthy.

Generally very happy with Lite n Easy. Ordering and delivery is very good. I’ve liked about 85% of the food I’ve received. My main gripe is limited range of lunch options (3/day). However I find it difficult just to eat out of the box so my weight loss isn’t as rapid as those with more willpower!

"They have changed their delivery company"

Yes, I have had Lite and Easy for a while, my delivery driver Ben, was fab, always around the same time, as it is a worry when your order is prepaid, now they have changed delivery company, which I have had before with U Foods, majority of time I was waiting at our boom gate after 6pm, it is written on my order, 7am till 4pm, when my community village boom gate closes, also I was informed by Lite and Easy, if my order doesn't turn up, I WON'T GET A REFUND, I had a monthly order which cos $327.00, no small change. Disappointed, but there new regime was too stressful, who needs it when one has a microwave and oven

"Crappy payment process system"

I wish there were an option for payments to be processed at the time of order, and an alternate method of payment listed, both my friend and I have missed out on getting our order, due to this. Most people trying to lose weight need to get in a mental zone and this type of thing happening really throws you out of whack!! I understand you want payment prior to the order being sent out and you send messages out if the amount doesn't go through but if you are at work and unable to access your phone this doesn't help! If there was a larger window of opportunity to correct the payment it would help tremendously.
I was so disappointed and upset that my meals weren't delivered this week, the week of Xmas and millions of temptations, I really didn't need this!!

Easy to order, meals are yummy, very prompt on delivery and notifications are informative. The only thing to improve on his putting the specials on the website, rather than just in the ordering section.

I love the food,zuchinni bread , all the roasts and corned beef my favourite.Love the xmas turkey/ham hot meal but couldnt see it on this year choices for xmas.Dislike tomato on and in both sizes of macaroni cheese.
