"Stop with the oranges"
Good range of meals but not fruit. If menu says fruit you get an orange, if I says mandarin you get an orange, but fortunately if it says orange you guessed it you get an orange!
I understand about seasonal variations in supply and perishablity, but this policy of only using oranges for substitutes or choice is really boring and does not encourage people to eat more fruit.
Nb really looking forward to get a mandarin when it’s on menu slip.

I buy dinners only, so sick of being given no option to choose each dinner like I used to! Now it only allows me to choose a category Eg popular, high protein, vegetarian, etc. at over $10 a meal, this is not good enough!! Whilst I am trying to find a way to choose my meal selection (it has disappeared??) I end up running out of time and not ordering by the cut off time and then have to go without for the week. At one point I was so frustrated I just let it order the ‘popular’ category and hoped for the best. I was sent bland, inexpensive dishes like casseroles, pepperoni pasta and macaroni cheese ?? Ofcourse it was never the steak with garlic prawn dishes or any of the lovely fresh meals. This beggars belief.

Customer service on a Monday is either non existant or horrendous ! And the food delivered is below par with what it once was....Website CONFUSING !

"FOOD QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN HILL ........."
I have been ordered Lite n Easy since January and have lost about 9kg. The last few weeks I have been disappointed with the quality of the food. On 2 separate occasions I have had salad that consisted of soggy, almost transparent lettuce, squishy tomatoes and cucumber. Lite n Easy is not cheap and since it is my only food source for the week, when one of the meals is inedible, I have nothing to replace it with so I'm missing a meal that day. When I have contacted Lite n Easy (and sent photos) they have kindly credited me $10 to cover the cost of that particular meal. But the last straw was today when I went to eat my lunch to find that the orange that was in the bag was like mush and actually growing hairy mould which had contaminated everything else in the bag. I threw it all in the bin and have subsequently cancelled any future orders.

I been eating the dinners for awhile now, Still trying the large selection, and so far I have not found any that I do not like, all meals fill me up and are delicious to eat, I would recommend all the meals, great to have and the frozen meal have an expiry date 11- 12 months so they can be kept frozen for a long time
Recommend that you order a large number as they get cheaper the more you buy , only limit by your freezer space, next order I might try some of the dessert's

"Lack of Vegetable variety"
Must be a special on carrots and peas as other vegetables are hard to find on the plate. Also one week chicken and cashews meal had one cashew in it obviously not quality controlled. Please try to provide nutrisous vegetables

the food is service conveint but if youre ndis plan managed its impossible to get an invoice out on time to reimbursed so you can order again allways make an excuse makes it hard to get continuos service as its very expensive

"JOLTED AWAKE BY LITE N EASY FOOD DELIVERY"
Dear LitenEasy, My husband and I have been customers of yours for around 6 years or more. We have found the meals very convenient and very easy because we are both unable to deal with cooking and preparing food ourselves because of illness. We live out of town for the solitude and peace. To be jolted awake at 0450am with lights shining and dogs barking, then a person drops your food esky on the floor, is disrespectful and unbecoming of your delivery service. This complaint has to be noted, because all the years we have been with you, we have never had this problem until now. Why are you delivering at such an early hour? We have not been given any forewarning of delivery time changes, it's just lumped on us! This is the second delivery in the dawn hours. 7 Feb 24 was the first.
