"What a nightmare!"

Now, the meals look amazing but be warned, there is no tracking of any kind for delivery. If you are living in an apartment block or flats like me, they will just leave your box at the front gate of the apartment and leave at any time in a 12 hour period. I have just paid over $200 for meals only to discover that someone had taken it. To the credit of Lite n Easy, they were very polite and have granted me a refund but I am literally left now with no food for 4 or 5 days until the refund comes through. Come on people, this is 2020, all online companies, stores etc in Melbourne have some form of tracking for delivery items which are after all, my property. Imagine if when you bought some goods online at Myer for $250 and the courier just left it lying around at the front gate of people's apartments on a regular basis, in full view of passing traffic, the store wouldn't last a week. Signed, annoyed and starving.
UPDATE: It has been 6 days since Lite n Easy was supposed to have granted my refund for over $200 and I have not received anything. Today is Wednesday and their office does not open until Sunday so I have no way of contacting them. I spent every last cent on the meals order and I literally have not eaten for days. That is a fact. In addition I have health issues. What a nightmare. I regret the day I ever decided to order from them and granted I survive this ordeal I am never ordering from them for the rest of my life.
