Lite n Easy have an App that does not allow you to choose your meals as the drop down menu does not work, their website won’t let you choose meals when accessed from a phone. I was basically called a liar when after multiple times I had advised that I was unable to choose any menu items on my phone, had not chosen what was sent and these were auto populated.
Appears that despite multiple occurrences of feedback regarding terrible website/app nothing has changed. Very disappointing experience.

"Liteneasy Beef Korma"
I really like liteneasy because it is so easy and the meals generally taste good. BUT korma is a curry which is supposed to be mild and liteneasy beef korma is not mild. Liteneasy needs to add some coconut milk and lay off the chilli so it has some semblance of a korma curry.

"Older single person review"
Being an older person I thought I would opt for ease of food preparation and to eliminate grocery shopping as I am now on my own. I have always cooked for family using heaps of home grown fresh produce. Yes Lite n' Easy is easy but unfortunately I didn't like the flavour of most of the meals. I think taste is extremely important and was sadly lacking. Very, very disappointed. Have cancelled future orders

"First ever order & never received it"
First ever order - didn't even receive it as they dropped it off at a courier collection place where it sat in the direct sun for hours so they had to bin it - the box didn't even have my name on it! (this was AFTER I spoke to the Lite n Easy courier driver that morning to ask him to make sure my name was on the box - he replied 'yes of course it is'). Second attempt, after backwards and forwards with Lite n Easy trying to change my meals for the next attempt at delivery, was told to ring back with another address. I did, only to be told my order was canceled. Now they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks for my refund. Incompetent is an understatement. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.

Lite n' Easy food is delicious. A lot of variety of tasty meals and options of plans. Has helped me to lose weight and eat healthy. Highly recommend Lite n' Easy.

"Lite’n’easy for health and weight-loss"
I’ve been eating lite’n’easy for about 10 years. It’s kept me slim and healthy the whole time. The order system is brilliant! You order each week, they send a handy reminder if you forget but don’t auto-send or subscribe you to anything (unlike Hellofresh). It adds valuable variety to my diet and makes me excited to eat. I recommend it to anyone that asks what I eat or is short for time. It is good if you’re trying to find time to workout. Price is fair for its quality and they seem to be working on the level of plastic in the deliveries.

"So disappointed"
I placed a first order for a week’s menu. I was really excited to start my weight lose journey and told work colleagues and friends and family that it would be delivered to me at my workplace on Thursday 8th of June. A few work friends were keen to see what it all looked like - for them to judge if it might be ok for them as well.
In the order I left a note requesting that delivery happened between 7am - 3pm - an 8 hour window. There was no other emails saying this was not possible and so thinking that this was all good, waited excitedly throughout the day for the delivery.
I checked my phone around 1pm and received a message to say that delivery was tried at 5.30am and could not be left. The message said maybe I could arrange another pick up time and space with the driver.
I rang to arrange this, to be told 5.30am was the only time for that delivery address and virtually I had no other options.
So my view was that your delivery drivers control your company’s customer base and anyone who may require delivery outside of their schedule is not eligible for your business. I was refunded and it felt like - now go away.
This customer service was terrible and I am so disappointed in how my inquiry to resolve the issue

"A life changer"
I'm so happy I discovered Lite n Easy. As a busy, full-time working mum who also runs a local charity our nightly meals had become whatever I could throw together with minimal effort or greasy takeaway. We were all gaining weight and felt terrible. Lite n Easy gives me a break a few nights a week without compromising on quality and health. A winner all round. Thank you Lite n Easy.
