No wonder they only have 3.3 stars but they do not care and there is no attempt to improve.
One of the worst customer services to deal with. Food ok but customer service is so bad you are better off with opposition whose food might not be as good.
Always an issue and when you try and resolve it you get the run around from someone who does not want to fix it and who does not care about you.
For example, when something goes wrong and they cannot deliver orders, they just cancel the whole week. There is no attempt to make it up the next day etc... You just don't get your food. Wow!
Then, they do not put the items where they should and they get stolen. On my account, I have precise directions where to put my order. Normally, they get there at 6.30 in the morning. I waited. I was not contacted that they were running 3 hours late because they had had an issue. I rang up at 8 am and asked where my order was. I was advised about their issue but told it would arrive. I clearly asked that my order be put in the parcel locker mail room of my block so that it does not get stolen. I asked that it not be put in the lobby at any cost. I also have those instructions in my order if I am not home.
I was told that she would ring the driver. He did not follow instructions and left my expensive order in an unsafe place where it could be taken by anyone.
I rang and complained and was disrespected. The woman called Bec said that they can deliver at any time and that they tried to call the driver but he did not answer and that that is their process so basically too bad.
Well, drivers should answer their phones. It is called hands free. I said that if drivers do not answer phone calls, they should be sent a text. Common sense. Then they would see the message for sure. What employee does not answer the phone from employer all day? Really? Surely they know that if their employer rings them, it is urgent.
There have been too many issues of bad customer service who just don't care. I have cancelled all future orders and will never deal with them again. Expensive food, mostly frozen with one of the worst customer service ever.
Surely, they can see that their star rating is so bad. Yet, they do not care. Only after the money. Shameful behaviour. Stay well away because they do not follow instructions and do not care about you as a person or customer and they are not listening to their ratings and complaints which are all about the same issues of bad customer service when you need help.
Wake up Lite N Easy. Start caring about your customers. Without us, you don't have a business. You have now lost 6 people. Me, my friends and 2 family members. How much has not texting and placing a box in the correct spot cost you? Thousands but then you don't care.

"Delivery times don’t suit workers"
I love the food, but it got delivered literally just before mid-day. In the tropics. I’m at work and can’t leave. The ice-packs used to be adequate to keep refrigerated food cold but now there’s barely any and they are melted long before I get home. Refrigerated section included chicken, egg-salad and other perishables which you don’t want sitting in the heat for 6 hours. I’ve had to toss all these items as unsafe. The frozen goods were still mostly frozen in their separate compartment so I’ll use them. I simply won’t be able to order anymore due to delivery times.

"It is lite and easy!"
My husband and I have been on Lite n Easy for 6 weeks now. We couldn’t be happier with the results. It is everything they advertise to be: lite (yummy, well balanced food), easy (to prepare or warm up and to stick to the program). The variety of food is impressive and you’ll never get tired of having the same thing. Lunches come with fruit and snacks and are very filling. The delivery has always been on time and it comes with very good cooling bags in case you can’t unpack them straight away. There is a bit of waste, but most bags can be recycled as well as the plastic tubs the food comes in. We have lost weight consistently and slowly since we started which is what we wanted. Highly recommend this for weight loss and convenience.

Super convenient and delicious food. The delivery is easy and the meals are filling. Really great being able to not have to think too much about planning meals and cooking.

"Excellent delivery lady "
I’m at 83 Mary Street in Charters Towers 4820. Severe mobility issues . I don’t know the lady who does my deliveries but would like to say she goes WAY BEYOND normal delivery requirements . Puts heavy box on my kitchen table . I’m hoping she can get credit for this and know that her kindness is hugely appreciated . She’s in and out very quickly and I don’t have time to catch her to say thank you

"We have been ordering Lite n Easy for…"
We have been ordering Lite n Easy for about 2 years and have been pleased with the meals. This week we ordered a salmon salad expecting it to be the standard it had been last time I had it. However this meal was very disappointing. There was a mere sprinkling or less of salmon and the meal was made up of dry pene noodles, a couple of small tomatoes and the rest was spinach leaves. We will not order this again or recommend it to friends. Very disappointing.

I’ve had an exceptional experience with Lite n Easy and I’ve used them for over a year. I am very happy with the delivery service - most companies won’t even tell you the week you’re receiving a delivery nowadays, let alone the day. The food is tasty, nothing is ever missing and if I ever have a question, they’re super responsive. I get a great service considering the very reasonable cost. Well done Lite n Easy!

Units are close together.
Lite n Easy delivery driver arrives at 4am yes that’s right 4am.
Parkes his van outside my bedroom window, bangs his door on exit, bangs back door after removing box of food for my neighbour, bangs his drivers door and away he goes, can you imagine how frustrating this is, We have complained before, why can’t he come when the sun is up.
Please stop this outrageous delivery time.
It is effecting so many residents of our Retirement Village
