"I ordered the JumpStart Pro Lite plan…"

I ordered the JumpStart Pro Lite plan for the first time. As I live in an apartment complex, I included comments in the delivery box to state that the box is not to be left outside the gate. The public have access to this area and I don't want the box to be taken by someone else. I contacted the office today to discuss the options for delivery. I asked whether paying the $9.00 delivery fee would ensure that the delivery person would deliver my box to my door. The customer service person was not helpful and just told me that it made no difference.

There are lots of people that live in apartments and your company should adjust your delivery options to cater for these customers. The customer service person said that delivery is anytime from 2 am. Perhaps for apartment dwellers, the delivery could start from 8 am when there is more of a chance that I would be able to answer the doorbell and get my box.

It is disappointing as I enjoyed the meals and was happy to continue to get my meals from your company.

"Very Ordinary Service"

I have an existing Lite n easy account. I have tried unsuccessfully to access my account numerous times. I have been using my existing password but it is not accepted. I tried to create a new account without success. When I clicked on delivery date it was also unsuccessful. Up to this point in time I have been very happy with the service but that feeling is rapidly disappearing. This started on 24/1/2024 at 11am and then about 1230pm and then about 5pm. Again 29/1/2024 about 11am. Staff I spoke to on 26/1/2024 were very friendly and attempted to assist.

"SALADS & CARROTS"

Salads consist mainly of lettuce (except for 2 or 3 leaves of lettuce I throw the rest in the bin) and as for carrots (which I really do not like) seem to be in nearly every meal. Surely Lite n Easy can do better than this!!!

"Choose the right plan- you need a calorie deficit to lose weight!!"

Been using it for a few years now. Lost 10kg+ overall not just from Lite n easy but from changing my habits, exercising frequently and being in a calorie deficit. It helps me stay on track and it's convenient. Some people comments about not losing weight after three weeks are not educating themselves about weight loss in general clearly, don't just rely on this for weight loss, make sure you are in a calorie deficit and exercising. They have different plans and if you chosen the one that doesn't put you in a deficit you WONT LOSE WEIGHT.

"Give LNE a miss…"

This is my second review.

I’m writing this because now I’m really annoyed! I was on it for 3 weeks and lost nothing, in fact I put on weight, 2 kilos. Every customer service person I spoke to gave me different answer to why? A couple being I may have a health issue which is not the case as I get regular health and blood checks.

I called LNE to pick up my white styrofoam box and the girl suggested I just throw it in the bin??? My answer was no, I’d rather it be picked up and recycled than go into landfill! She eventually arranged pick up for the following week.

I have unsubscribed to the email list and keep getting emails, I requested stop LNE 3 times to which I received a response that I was unsubscribed and I’m still getting test messages!

I would give LNE a miss…

"Knock on the door."

How about instructing your delivery team to walk an extra metre and knock on the door when delivering frozen meals?
While they are it, they could take the container with them and leave it in the shade next to the door.
Maybe you don't pay them enough or allow them enough time to do so.

"Please use Common Sense!"

I have been receiving Lite n Easy now for a few years and to date have been more than happy with the Meals and Service.
Last Wednesday morning, at 4:13am, I was woken by my Dog barking furiously, and jumping at the front door. I live on my own, and to be honest I was frightened! I then found my Order on the front Verandah! My Neighbour was also woken by my Dog!
I Emailed Lite n Easy, and I also phoned requesting for early delivery to cease. My Order arrived at 4:03am this morning! Same scenario!
If my Delivery cannot resume at the usual time then I will cancel my Order!

"I was doubtful but I'm now a huge Lite n' Easy fan."

I work reception at a busy medical clinic. I live alone and often don't get home until 6.30 or 7pm. I found I was cooking the same meals - easy and quick, don't worry about nutrition or variety.
Then I gave Lite n' Easy a try. It has changed my life!
So many wonderful meals - sitting in the freezer, and ready in 8 minutes.
I don't know how they manage to produce crisp and tasty veggies and scrummy pasta after being microwaved, but they do.
I look forward to my evening meal now, it takes so little time and I know I'm eating well.

"I used this company frequently as I…"

I used this company frequently as I could get food delivered on a day of my choosing. Since returning I can only get it delivered to Ipswich on Thursday. For free you remind me but I was happy to pay so the food was delivered on a day I was off.

"Getting the food on time is great"

Getting the food on time is great. Only ordering what you want and no more extras being sent to you without permission. Food has a very nice taste to it.
