"Delivery issue"

For the second time my delivery was left out on my driveway, as I was not contacted as per my instructions so I could open my electronic gate. I have contacted them several times and lets hope third time lucky. Food is excellent quality, although soup choices are limited.

"Disappointing delivery charges, favourite food choice menus dropped"

I am very disappointed with lite n easy. I have been a very good customer for the past four years or so. I have been disappointed lately as many of my favourite dinners have been dropped off the menu and not returned. That’s one thing, but also, I recently moved house from a remote area to a metropolitan area where I was happy to get my orders free delivery one day of the week. Then it was changed to a $4.95 delivery charged for that one particular day of the week. I am that disappointed that I feel the need to add on these reviews that I have gone on line tonight order my delivery for this week, only to find that now, if I don’t place my order two days before the required delivery date, then I have to wait another week in order to get my $4.95 delivery on a Tuesday. Come on lite n easy, where has your customer care gone? For the past so many years as long as I placed my order before 11am the day before, I can get my Tuesday delivery for $4.95, but suddenly with no warning, I now have to wait a whole week as you’ve decided to change the rule again, with no warning that I must place an order two days before in order to get my $4.95 delivery!!! What is going on? Why so greedy with the delivery charges? Where has the lovely caring customer care gone? Where has the original menus all gone? Why not change them around a bit and bring back some of the original ones?? I’m not sure how much longer I will remain a Customer with lite n easy, but I am seriously considering finding another food delivery service that appreciates its customers and doesn’t get slack nor too greedy!!

The operator who took my call was very helpful but we could not find a list of available lunches on the website only the whole lunch list, None of the ones I ordered off this large list was available so I didn't get any lunches

I started using Lite 'n Easy as a last minute decision. I am pleased that I did. In 5 weeks I have lost 6kg by just strictly following the meal plan. Yes, it is hard sometimes, yet other times it isn't. I have a lot more to lose, so I am keeping going. It is varied, yummy and there are lots of choices too.As I get more motivated exercise increases and I'm sure that will also make a big difference. I have done my sums and even though it is a lot to lay out at once, it is economical as there is no waste - food or time - and there is a heavy emphasis on recycling and returning bags and the like. Also, you are shown how to effectively recycle all items. Less trips to the shops does make a difference too as it removes the temptation to buy those little extras. So, my advice, give it a go and if I can do it so can you ;)

My husband and I have been enjoying LITENEASY meals for many years. It is not only convenient, they do offer a great many choices. If you actually follow a full plan (eg. 1200 calories) you can lose weight too, as I did last year, I lost 10 kilos. You can also get free delivery. I can’t recommend LITENEASY highly enough.

I have suffered depression for the past 22 years and continue to try anything in the hope that one day my life will have some normality rather than the cloud that surrounds me on a daily basis. Initially I tried Lite n' Easy in the hope that better eating habits would at least fix one problem which was the unwanted weight gain due to my inability to prepare healthy meals or to exercise. I was a little skeptical that the portion size of the meals would not be enough to sustain me but I quickly learned that by eating Lite n' Easy, I was getting quality rather than looking for quantity. I now view the portion size to be more than adequate and the flavour is AMAZING. The time that I am saving by having these meals readily available, is now being spent walking the dog & attending to my Bonsia plants. I was pleasantly surprised that after a very short period of signing up to your program, I had lost the weight that I so desired to lose and this alone has made me look at myself in a more positive way. I continued to fight the mental battle and eventually I was introduced to Nutrient Therapy and I am following a more positive path at present. My therapist encouraged me to always be gluten and dairy free and, though I was eager to try this, I knew that I didn't have the drive to prepare meals with such precision. I was amazed that I could order meals from Lite n' Easy's menu, that fall within these categories and that are so easy to work with. Since I have a young family and, given that due to my illness I am unable to work regular hours, the costs that would have been involved in us purchasing suitable ingredients and preparing a separate menu just for myself, would have been an added burden on our already stretched funds. Thanks to Lite n Easy I am able to budget my weekly costs for appropriate meals that are so important to my recovery. I now look forward to the benefits gained by my change in diet. Additionally, I look forward to mealtime not only because I enjoy the flavour, but because I realise and accept the benefits that come with eating healthy.
