Buy a Peugeot rcz from Northumbria car they been very good and understand but sadly.i had a number of troubles but sort but now a water pump which they are doing for me but they told me a week ago to bring it in Wednesday 19 of march they still have it as I took it in very early for them but they still have my car I understand it a big job but it doesn't take two or three days to do a water pump

Visited the garage and travelled two hours to do so. The website looks professional and they have a good stock of cars !!! Oh hang on they don’t it’s a con. They only have a few cars nothing like the website shows they blamed it on other sites not updating quick enough but it was their actual site I was on. They said they had sold all the cars on the website !! I doubt it very much. Typical back street trader who thinks he is a big dealer far from it. Poor service couldn’t be bothered to even speak to me misleading web site stay well away from these people they are unreliable and untrustworthy

Bought a car, sorry got a car on finance £4,000 then wait
Broke down 1st week phoned a company that arranged all this money,
Yet smf says yes it was bought after 6 mths to us for repair,
Nit picked everything
So vauxhall dealer it went, surprise surprise nothing wrong car was totally f**ked
So I got an independent report don’t
They found a part of the gear box on top of the engine,
Still rattles and still doesn’t run ok,
So smf (cheeky) said pay for anything £2000 to put right,
And get a receipt now got charged £30 for a mechanic to take a look,
Sent receipt and all my findings to state car not road worthy,
If my maths are correct it’s,
£4000 car
£2000 repair engine gearbox with all new parts (inc ) labour,
To the garage and back several times
And the best part is £4000 interest
Yet smf have made my life miserable,
Unfortunately due to my complaint to everyone under the law and the land am not allowed to do anything seriously don’t buy your car or any services from smf
They give you nothing but grief,
Now am in a position to hand the car back then it’s someone else’s problem

Exactly the same as previous review, 2 chats online and no outcome, vehicle looked to good for the price but thought id ask for some details..Nothing, Probably a con to forward on contact info for marketing. No end product..im done..

Misleading advert information just to try and gain your information,
Online virtual assistant unable to provide any details and just asks for your contact details to put through to a sales person.
Ultimately underpriced, incorrectly advertised cars and no assistance whatsoever.

Saw a car on Gumtree advertised by this company. It was just what I wanted and I could pay cash , didn't need to take out any sort of finance ...which I would always get a cheaper bank loan for anyway. Messaged them 3 times to see if the car was still available to purchase..no reply from them. Used their 'live chat' on their website and gave them my mobile no. and email address for reply ...no reply ! Well I can tell you that they have certainly lost me as a customer and I will be telling all my friends and relatives to steer clear of these amateurs! Wish I was able to give them 'NO'stars!

These guys were fine until I paid off my account early. After paying the settlement figure I thought that will be the end of it, it wasn't. They closed the account, also took an extra. When I called for the money back they said, no problem, I would get it back in the next few days, that was nearly 3 weeks ago! I've been calling them a couple of times a week, they keep saying it will be in your account today or in the next few days, nothing at all yet. I'm livid!! Is there any authority I can go to to get back my money?
