"Fantastic Customer Service"

The customer service I received from Solidor was outstanding. I received an instant email response from my online enquiry and was sent spare parts for my composite door in the post the same day. I love my door and feel comforted by the security it offers. It looks great and is such an improvement on our old wooden door.

We had the Solidor engineer (Paul) out to see our door and he was great. Really helpful and gave us lots of information that the people that fitted out door never told us about.

We sell composite doors and find the Solidor brand excellent. We sell a lot, so naturally we have the odd issue, which OUR fitter will address pretty quickly. Now, here is the rub, we find dealing with Solidor can be a challenge, but that's an issue for us retailers to deal with, not the end user. If you have a poor fitter doing your install, I think that can lead to all sorts of problems, as the Google review will testify, but luckily our installer causes us no grief whatsoever. The Google rating does not stack up with our experience, customers seemingly blaming the door for problems caused be poor installation I guess?
We'd love more support from Solidor, as those issues that do arise, fall onto retailers to sort out, often at some expense...glass needs replacing? They send us the stuff so we have to rectify it, much to our annoyance.
Solidor product 5*-Top of the class.... Solidor the company, 2.5* - Must try harder.
Basically, have faith in the product if you have a reliable, experienced installer.

I was looking for the absolute best door available and after some research and looking at the options it was clear to me that Solidor was the best choice.

The doors certainly don't disappoint, lots of colours to choose from and they are solid, secure and they look amazing especially with the satin glass option.

I have no hesitation in recommending Solidor.

Purchased a door 3yrs ago and noticed recently a little rubber cap had come loose and was lost. Called Solidor about buying a replacement and they offered a free replacement which arrived in 3 working days. A great service and a great help!

A customer bought a Solidor 5 years ago for the rear of their property. The door has bowed and delaminated and this, according o a Solidor engineer, is due to drainage channels being blocked. The drainage channel could not be cleaned because the door has become unusable but the engineers are happy to tell me a Solidor is not 100% water proof!
If we didn't manufacture timber doors and offer other door types I would have to accept this and would warn anyone off buying a product that we have had continuous problems with over a 5 year period.Its left to installers to pay for and pick up the pieces of products that are well marketed but not well made.
