A big thank you to Solidor. Once they became aware of the problem they arranged for a new door and frame to be made and fitted. An excellent service. Thank you again.

"Delivery Length"

I ordered a new front door through a local 'authorised' installer near the end of November last year. The door was eventually fitted at the end of March. There were multiple delays and no suitable feedback from Solidor on why.
The fitted door is fine, looks as we hoped and is good quality, however the fact we had to wait 4 months to have it fitted (installer fitted as soon as they had the door) just leaves a sour taste.

After reporting an issue with our front door on Trustpilot reviews, I was contacted by Solidor customer service. They were very helpful and after sending a video showing the problem, they established that the lock was faulty and sent a replacement the following day. Really excellent customer service, thank you.

I got my door today, very good quality, I'm soo happy with the product.

"Outstanding Customer Service"

After our door handles broke we contacted the door installers Shoreditch who repeatedly ignore us.
As a last resort we contacted Solidoor and they provided us within 24 hours with a new set of door handles.
Sebastian of Solidoor was of great assistance in resolving our issue.

"Door hinge is broken"

I was very unhappy. The door hinge was broken on an 8 year old door but solidor couldn't provide a replacement hinge because they have changed the design of hinges and new style hinges don't fit the door and I couldn't get anyone locally to fix them. After posting a 1 star review I was contacted and Solidor fitted the new hinges for me so I'd like to say thanks but it's just a shame it took a 1 star review to prompt some help when I had contacted them before. However, alls well that ends well...

"Inferior door quality"

Inferior door quality, doesn't close properly the door is either warped or the frame as the door sticks out of the frame that I would not expect and the distance it sticks out with is different around the door. The hinges started falling apart from day one.
Worst of all looking at the doorframe would appear that it does not seal properly around the hinges as dirt deposits seem to concentrate very visibly around them.

Earlier this year we noticed there was an issue with our Solidor front door, as a result I contacted their customer services, who have been brilliant, helpful and supportive throughout the process, with huge thanks to Matt who has supported our problem from the very outset.
Also huge thanks to Solidor fitter Paul, for his professionalism and attention to detail, he did an amazing job.
Naturally whenever something go wrong it’s disappointing but a sign of a good company is how they put it right.
From our experience I would highly recommend Solidor, who in my opinion have gone over and above, and it's the best customer service I have ever received!
