I have had a Solidor front door for around 20 years and has been a very solid well made door that has been trouble free.
Recently the door slammed and the curved glass at the top fell out as the fixings gave way on the front section.
I contacted customer services and got a call back a day or so later from Sebastian Stachowiak who was amazingly helpful solving the issue.
I wish all companies had a customer service department like Solidor.

These doors a terrible. The quality of materials used is beyond a joke. The door in my case is so hard to shut it’s damaged the rendering on the front of my house. Less than a year old DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE.

Because I had been impressed with a Solidor front door in my previous house, I decided to purchase another from Solidor when I moved. I was looking for a cottage style door & as there were so many to choose from, I contacted Customer Service & received a very helpful reply from Sebastian. He was able to help me make an informed decision.

Excellent product initially front door installed, was so impressed by the quality. Had the back door replaced. There was small issue with the lock, unable to remove key when unlocked. Solidor sent a replacement, fitted and works perfectly.
In conclusion "quality product and quality service" a rare thing nowadays

"Lovely doors lovely team "

I had a fabulous experience when I got my 2 new doors. Found the ability to design how I wanted them really handy and the communication throughout was great. Been in a year now and no issues - also got a reminder on how to make sure the locks were kept in good condition

I was surprised to read a review that called the company a 'joke' etc...

I can only say they have been great in my recent contact with them. I have one of their composite doors and it's fab. It's 10 years old and still looks an operates like its new.

They really only deal with the trade - and i'm not trade - just someone who has one of their doors. But they have helped me throughout to source a part I need to upgrade front door.
They didn't have to be so helpful - but they were - so well done to them.
