"Needed urgent help after water…"
Needed urgent help after water overflowed from my bathroom sink, flooding the bathroom and hallway. Spoke with Kash on the phone who was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and arranged help to be with me in only about 2 hours. Mark and Jonny arrived and began work immediately. They were polite, friendly, efficient and carried out work to a high standard. They were really great at communicating and keeping me informed of what they were doing and next steps. Thankfully all is under control now and all for a competitive price. Would definitely recommend

"Hydraulic fluid spill sorted same afternoon!…"
We had a leak of hydraulic fluid from a courier vehicle that was parked in a busy, public location. Lola was quick to respond, guided us through the process efficiently and had a quote over right away. We were able to have the spill contained within the same afternoon thanks to the quick deployment of the driver & technician. Thank you for a great service!

"Nearly had to close the school!"
Had to deal with a big water leak cleanup discovered at 9pm in the school I work in. Rang a few places on Google and Kash was the only one to respond among all the "24/7" services. She was very helpful, organised the paperwork very quickly and got the technician out asap.
When Dan arrived he was super helpful also and very cheerful given it was already 11pm. He worked hard till 1am and in the morning school opened as usual like nothing had happened. Can't thank them both enough for averting a disaster! Definitely top of the list for our next emergency!

"Excellent team sent out by Ideal Response "
Mark and Johnnie were the team sent out by Ideal response. They worked very hard and were excellent, cleaning as much as they could, discussing further options with us and even helping us clean the exterior access area. I would thoroughly recommend the team they sent out. It is a shame, however, that Ideal Response insist on full payment before they even come to assess the problem as it led to an initial reluctance to complete the job as was understood under the terms of the pre-payment.

We had a brilliant experience with Ideal Response. A surveyor came out following a flood to take water readings and recommend a plan. Istvan and Dan then came out and put all the machines in place-explaining how they all worked and making sure they were placed to cause as little disruption as possible. A two week programme had been recommended and after a week, progress was checked, machines moved and adjusted so that at the end of the two weeks we could be signed off with normal water levels and the machines removed. Everyone who came out was lovely and made sure we understood exactly what was being done and why. We couldn’t recommend them more.

Now have been told the refund was never even authorised

"No response would be a better name"
I had a mould problem which they were happy to quote me for, but when I tried to book an appointment, no one would call me back despite multiple messages.
When I did eventually get through, they asked me to sign a contract, and then asked for a substantial payment before their surveyor even showed up. I had no warning about advance payment.
Then I was told they were "looking to book" their surveyor. So I should pay a substantial sum in advance for a survey which might or might not happen? Seriously?
How they got such glowing reviews is beyond me.
Just looked them up on gov.uk. Liquidated Sept 14th 2024. When I raised this with their agent she told me the company had been around for 20 years but now had a new name.
I did indeed search the new name. They were established in 2017. 20 years? There must be a time warp.
After all this nonsense, I was told, "my director is trying to call you to run through the situation". Funny, he never did call. It just goes from bad to worse!
