"Great value for money"

I bought my pro-rider golf trolley 4 years ago.
I had to replace the battery after 3 years heavy use and the wheel clutches at the same time.
Heavy use is at least once a week during winter and minimum twice a week during summer on very hilly courses.
After 4 years I now have to replace the front wheel.
Spares such as straps, controllers, wheels, bearings and batteries are easily obtained.
As far as value for money is concerned I don't think anyone can complain.

"Have had the golf trolley less than 2…"

Have had the golf trolley less than 2 years, have had to replace the speed pod twice and it has now developed another fault. I think this says it all___AVOID at all costs.

This company has gone downhill fast from being good customer service to rubbish. Can’t get hold of them and their product is garbage.

"Pro rider customer services is very poor"

I bought a pro rider golf trolley the end of June 2023 used it twice the battery lasted 18 holes then went flat , I then fully charged it following that it lasted nine holes ! The really disappointing thing is not being able to contact any sort of customer services at all by phone or email !!!!!! The phone sevice just constantly say lines are busy ?

"Stay away from these people"

Stay away from these people. Bought one of their trolleys last year after 20 rounds battery seemed to lose power quickly. After 25 rounds I had to push the trolley around the back nine. Tried to get in contact with them and managed to get through once. Was told battery was under warranty but they had none in stock. Have send a large number of emails and no reply. Have tried to phone god knows how many times and can’t get answer. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for a trolley

"New battery overheating"

Contacted pro-rider to say that the battery was extremely hot from the first time that I used it and that it was "swelling" at the sides. They replied telling me that I should not use it ! they clearly saw this as a solution to my problem rather than considering that I might be seeking a battery that was both safe and operational. Impossible to get a response either my email or phone. Hopeless.

"Have been waiting 3months for…"

Have been waiting 3months for replacement golf trolley battery replacement, battery becoming useless in less than 6months from new. I'm be palm off with the idea they don't sell lithium batteries for their golf cart. Then receiving over a week ago a battery to fit a mobile scooter, have messaged back await reply, as I'm sure your all aware you can't easily if at all make phone contact. Would have been cheaper to buy a reliable £800 trolley as having to hire whilst this long drawn out saga continues. Suggest you go else where if you intend to use your purchases!!!

"Defective Wheels on Electric Golf Trolley"

I bought an electric golf trolley in September 2022 (still under warranty) and I've noticed that one of the wheels has started to crack at the point where it slots onto the axle. I've contacted the company about getting a replacement set of wheels but I'm struggling to get a response. I also see now that the website redirects to jackstonehouse.com so the company might have been sold/bought out. The other recent reviews don't fill me with hope. But if I do get a reply, I'll update this review. But faults appearing in a product after 4 months is pretty poor.

Edit: If anyone is trying to contact the company, do not contact jackstonehouse, use the @proridermobility.com email address. They got back to me within 30 mins and have sorted me out with a new set of wheels. Lets hope they arrive and they don't succumb to the same fate as the originals.

"Poor quality, get what you pay for"

Bought a golf trolley just over a year ago. After about 6 uses, the battery started running out after 6 holes. After another go at charging it, realised the battery was now faulty (looks like it's about to explode, with the casing bloated). Support from them suggested I buy a new battery from Amazon or ebay as it's 2 weeks over the warranty period. Low quality battery in my view.
