"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They take your money and then don't provide updates and leave you waiting for two weeks for medication. You have to chase and chase via a portal!!!
I have been using them for a while but everytime there is an issue. The most recent being that they have a new system, but they also used that excuse the previous months with other reviewers. Even when you esculate a complaint they give you the same automated response. I would advise anyone with orders pending to request as refund and go elsewhere!!

This company looks like it’s closed down. We haven’t received our order of Mounjaro and they are not replying to messages. We paid £163 for one months supply and looks like we lost that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

"Dreadful company"

Poor communication once again! No call back as advertised and no meds received. It is nigh on impossible to communicate with this company and now it looks like their website is down as I have tried several times over the past couple of days and it isn't working. Is anyone else experiencing issues with gaining access to their website. Any help would be much appreciated as I cannot afford to lose my money either!!

"No customer service and delays "

Following a long delay and awful customer service last month I was assured that all the issues were resolved on their change over to their new system and yet I placed my monthly order again this month and no response to my messages, medication not been dispatched! This is a nightmare! Will be finding another supplier from now on as this is just not a reliable company any longer

This place needs to be closed down !! They are taking people’s money and not sending the medication 💊 not responding to emails or messages and not giving refunds … absolute sham … Avoid avoid certainly AVOID and if you still Havant had any communication from them contact
Citizens Advice consumer service. Get them closed down !

Used to be fantastic however my last order I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my prescription has been excepted and heard nothing I’ve emailed and left messages still no reply my only option is to write this review and hope they get in touch if not I will have to try get my money back through the bank Shellie Hewitt

"An absolute catastrophe! "

Abysmal. Do not order. What on earth is going on with this company. I’ve now received a feedback survey about my refund. What refund??? No notification of a refund, how much it is or why!!! Are you sending me my goods or refunding me??? What is the amount your refunding??? I’m exhausted with this and just want my goods.

"Avoid this company!"

Avoid this company!! I have been waiting for nearly a month now for my medication which I payed upfront for.. never had any issues before. Dose was authorised practically straight away but still showing as awaiting prescription status? Numerous emails voicemails left no one ever gets back to you other than an automatically generated email! Currently on hold with my bank to try and claim my money back as I’ve had enough.

"Communication not great…"

I have been with the slimming clinic for over a year. Communication is poor and frustrating. I have found recently it has changed the format for messages and has created a portal. I thought this would improve but it is even worse. I think I’m going elsewhere. I’ve had enough.

Ordered step up dose a month ago and it still isn’t here. Paid upfront. Have chased repeatedly, and told my order will be prioritised.. it never is!
I have claimed the money back through my bank, as no response when I asked for a refund.
