"No wonder there are so many bad reviews…"

No wonder there are so many bad reviews on here. After pre booking a return taxi last night in Liverpool we went outside at half 12 (the time we had booked for) and waited for our taxi, when we rang up we were then told the taxi had been and left as it arrived 12.25. We had booked for 12.30 and we received no text or phone call to let us know our taxi had arrived. I then booked a taxi through the app as at this point we are standing outside in the rain with no way to get home despite pre booking. After a while I rang up as I realised I had already been charged £32.The girl I spoke to was extremely rude and said they would try and get a driver to us…so I had been charged £32, no taxi was even coming and she continued to speak to me in a disgusting/rude manner. Don’t waste your time booking with them, terrible customer service.

Do not use this company.!!!!!!! Last night I ordered at taxi and was told it would be with us shortly. 1 hour later I called back to be told they didn’t know when the taxi would be there but I would receive a WhatsApp . 24 hours later I’m still waiting. In the end we walked 3 miles home at midnight. Shocking company. No customer service… thankfully I wasn’t alone . Disgusting!

Rubbish Company. Booked a taxi for my 79 year old cousin last night to take him just over a Mile home. We phoned at 10pm by 1030 it still hadn’t arrived so phoned and was told it would be 2 minutes. Phoned again at 1045 and was told sorry it will be with you shortly we have made it priority. Finally arrived at 11 the driver was very rude and when my cousin got home he said the fare was £4 so my cousin said no that is too much so he said well how much is it usually so he said £3 and the driver said ok. Will never use again

An absolute joke booked 2 days previously. Didn't turn up so started walking. Rang them 3 times. To be told an hour later it had just turned up. And we were not there. Yes because it was booked an hour previously. Shocking never use these again.

Ripped off my daughter either by ignorance or design. Either way unforgivable and unprofessional. Taking a 15 year old kid on a £20 ride that should have cost £10 max is unforgivable. I'm a private hire driver and people like this give us a bad name

Terrible service. 0 stars. Not 1. They didn´t send a driver to Heathrow Airport at all.

I booked a taxi for 3.25 PM on 22nd of August and I arrived at the meeting point within the time that on their web say it is acceptable (3.50, that is 25 minutes after). The driver was never there! They never sent any driver to pick me!

Then, they sent a driver for another couple 2 hours later and I had to wait 2 hours and a half despite the fact I had paid a full service to you. This fact made me arrive home at 7.40 pm home, 3 hours later than I should have. Besides, I had to share a car with unknown people, which could have had covid!

So you got two payments from 2 different customers but you made a journey and that is not right. I wasted hours of my life and next day I was full of aches and pains due to being on a car 4 hours! This is unacceptable.

Made a booking at 7.10pm. Was told it would be 40 mins. Rang back at 8pm. Said there was no record of my booking. Disgraceful service. Will never use this taxi company again

Absolutely joke. Rang to book a taxi, they said it’d be just over an hour. Rang back two hours later, they hadn’t made any record of our booking and said there was nothing they could do.

I would give a zero if I could !!! I PRE booked a taxi for 11pm this evening from haydock park race course at 11.20 no sign of taxi and 15 mins to get through to a rude operator who just said it will be there when it gets there , well as a paying customer I won’t ever be using you again , leaving people stranded without even having the decency to try an contact a driver to see how far away they are is shocking , also sad as during trying to find another company I find out these have also acquired another local taxi company into this fiasco they call a service. Lots of people at haydock park also stranded after PRE booking with these , avoid at all costs if u want to get home from a night out .

Booked a taxi at 9am in the morning after holding on I was the 14th caller booked the taxi to pick us up at 1 pm to go to a christening we waited over half an hour no taxi arrived we had to use our car the taxi driver rang me to say he was outside my house sorry you were over half an hour late this isn’t the first time they have done this to us will never ever use Brittania again disgusting service
