"Appalling"

Appalling. I pre-booked a car last night for an important doctors appoinment late afternoon today. I gave plenty of time between the booking and appoi tment time. A car was not assigned in advance, they only started assigning a driver 5 mins before my booking time. They failed to assign a driver despite 2 calls. I had to cancel the taxi, get a neighbour to take me and I was late for my appointment. Britania customer service response was 'sorry about that'. They didn't give a monkeys that they let me down. Dreadful service, find another firm.

Avoid !!! Total waste of time, robbers charged me twice for a taxi i booked for a friend took £27 from my account then had to get up out of bed and drive to where my friend was being dropped off and pay another £28 as the driver said the taxi had not been paid, nobody willing to help over the phone complete utter jokes AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID your better off walking!!!

Booked them to collect my daughter at 2230 they failed to turn up or answer the phone. To say we are Disappointed with them is a understatement I shall be lodging a complaint with Suffolk council.

"DO NOT USE"

DO NOT USE. Booked months in advance for 7.people, 4 journeys, price quoted which they tried to charge double on the first journey. Were an hour late picking up and then only one car arrived., by which time we were locked out of the venue and stranded on the streets. Excuse given when I rang several times was heavy traffic and road closures but everyone else's taxi managed to get there. Good old Uber to the rescue!

Pre-Booked but arrived 10 minutes early and was happy to wait if needed no issues and got to my destination in good time.

Booked a taxi into Liverpool centre from Waterloo Quay 3 hours in advance. Phoned the company when taxi was 15 mins late and was told there was no driver at the moment. How long? I said, she answered “I’ve no idea”…I said I could be here all night then? and she answered….
“Yes, you could”
Her couldn’t care less attitude was horrific.
Really….what is the point of this business?
Avoid this taxi firm like the plague!!!

"Absolutely horrendous!!"

Absolutely horrendous!!! We booked a taxi 12 hours in advance because it was my 40th birthday and we needed to be at Albert's in Standish for 8.15. We thought we'd get there early and have a cocktail so we booked the taxi for 7.15pm. The taxi turned up at 7pm and left after 2 minutes without contacting us!! We rang Britannia and they were very apologetic and said they would send another. An hour and a half later, after several phonecalls, still no taxi. We had to cancel our meal and my birthday was ruined. Thanks Britannia. I'd give you zero stars if I could.

Pre booked a taxi 24 hrs in advance for haydock races last Saturday driver turned up half hour late blaming traffic road works to be fair driver might have come from outer Mongolia told him to go in the back way crossing into racecourse totally ignored me what was a 10 min journey turned in 35 mins again return journey booked for 6pm. Never turned up !!! Avoid like the plague

Disgraceful service.. YOU ARE A JOKE.. Requested a wait and return yet my husband was dumped and left to wait again.. You using taxi drivers from all over the country and speaking to customers like dirt.. CLOSE THIS DISPICABLE PLACE DOWN ASAP...

Pre booked, and paid, in the morning for a taxi at 17.40 via the app. When I opened the app when taxi was due it said allocating driver, but no driver available. Phoned and was told on the way. No taxi arrived. Ruined the evening as I arrived very late. Irresponsible and dishonest.
