I follow Boris! Sorry. As a taxi driver you need to follow uk law! Maybe get a job on the London Underground?

This company are so terrible that not only will I not use them again, I won't use the booking agency that always promotes them as the top choice.
The driver that was supposed to pick me up from Heathrow didn't and didn't message / email / call.
After an hour and a half of "the new driver will be there in 10 minutes" he turned up in a Prius despite me paying extra for an SUV because I had a large luggage bag.
Leaving me squashed in a front seat pulled all the way forward with no leg room.
Then I spent an extra 30 minutes on what should have been an hour and a quarter journey because this replacement driver doesn't drive through the congestion charge zone

Don't bother booking in advance they please thereselves. Book for 1530 at 1550 we still hadn't been assigned a driver!! Ended up missing our train. Cheers Brittania !! Rang the office and the woman was so rude it's untrue. In short a s!!t show. 32 quid up the pan

Don't bother pre booking a early morning taxi, have tried 3 times now and had to cancel because after 15 minutes of due time the operator still can't tell me when my taxi is due.

Pre booked a taxi for 8am to get to work, no show rang at 8.10 checking up and operator just said it was on way 8.21 I gave up and cancelled, very poor service and customer service shocking WILL NEVER USE

Wouldn’t give any stars if possible. Booked 6 hours in advance to pick us up from the train station, 40 minutes later it turned up after standing in the cold with no indication as to if it was coming or not. No apology and the driver laughed and said he was surprised we were still there. He thought we’d have ‘walked home by now’. He also said it makes no difference if we pre book or not, they won’t be on time and they don’t care. Apparently the call handlers don’t care about pre booked fares and over book taxis. Disgusting service, will never ever use again and will definitely tell everyone to avoid. They’re a laughable ‘business’ who don’t care about their customers.

I booked a taxi yesterday for 8.40 this morning as my daughter was wearing her white Communion dress to school for photos. 8.47 I rang to be told they didn't have a car for us yet, when I explained I booked it yesterday for 8.40 I was told "we don't guarantee times, we just send them as close as possible" 8.59, still no taxi so ended up getting a lift from my amazing neighbour. NEVER AGAIN!!

"Used app to get to Haydock races from the train station"
Needed a cab from Newton Le Willows Station to Haydock races; downloaded the app via Google play coming on train from Leeds; requested a pick up at 1220 and a nice car, professional driver arrived at station car park as requested bang on time... about £8... really good value... I usually use uber in Leeds but these guys are equally as good
